    1. Great for bondage

Reviewed: 03 June 2014 by Ashe66, a Bisexual Going Steady Female

With the incredible ease of a twist, you can bind any part of the body. In fact, I've found it impossible to escape from! Unlike cuffs, chains, rope or whatever, there is little feeling of being restrained due to the soft padding.

They can both connect to each other, which can be used for all sorts of things like going around the body to restrain both arms. Possibilities are as limited as your imagination, really!

Though, I tried them as a gag and damaged the padding slightly, so not so great for that. However, they apparently are good for being spanked with according to my sub,

Overall, I decided to return them as, great as they are, they make it way too easy. For me the pushing against the cuffs, rope or whatever is part of the fun. With these you can't really feel that, but also the ages you can spend making artistic rope bondage is so much better... Yeah sure, they're great for quick and easy restraints, but we have plenty of cuffs etc for that already. So while I would highly recommend them (especially to beginners), I already have plenty of tools that do the same job.

    2. Overall Rating
      10 out of 10 stars
      Pros
      Limitless possibilities, great for beginners.
      Cons
      If anything it's too simple.
      Bottom line
Great, I just prefer more traditional restraints more.

    1. All Tied Up

Reviewed: 27 January 2014 by roxieJay, a Gay Engaged Female

Me and my girlfriend got fed up with the furry hand cuffs as they still dug in so thought we would give these a try. Best buy ever!

The soft foam on the outside made them really comfortable to wear and the metal wire through the middle gave them the firmness they need.

They are so easy to use and hard to wriggle out of. I now love being tied up and when they aren't being used for that they double up as a good spanking instrument!

    1. Kwik and Handy

Reviewed: 07 December 2013 by TheDoctorandhisPatient, a Bisexual Going Steady Female

My partner and I had experimented with plastic handcuffs previously, but we must have been a little too ferocious as the plastic on 2 pairs of handcuffs just snapped. I was actually looking for a more sturdy pair of handcuffs when I found these, which were a little unusual looking but definitely worth a try.

When they arrived, the packaging implied they were for use in the garage, but they serve their intended purpose well. I put on some lingerie, tied my partner up in a matter of seconds, and well you can guess what happened next...

These are so fast and handy to have by the bed just in case. They don't leave any marks, are very sturdy, and don't come undone so you know your victim of pleasure can't get away!

      Pros
      Quick to use, sturdy, safe.

      Bottom line
      Definitely worth a try.

    1. Restrained to the max

Reviewed: 02 December 2013 by Daz83, a Straight Going Steady Male

Me and my other half wanted to try and add a bit more fun in the bedroom. Were using belts off dressing gowns at first, then spotted these in a deal.

Arrived in plain packaging as always with Lovehoney, though the actual packaging for the ties themselves suggest a different use but never mind.

Can make them any length by simply screwing more together (brilliant touch).

The only downside of these is they can leave marks on the skin as you need to twist them round legs or wrists.

    2. Overall Rating
      10 out of 10 stars
      Pros
Ease of use and can make longer if needed.
      Cons
      Can leave marks on skin.
      Bottom line
      Good product overall.

    1. Easy alternative to rope

Reviewed: 26 November 2012 by happylad, a Straight Married Male

I got these as my OH and I love fooling around with restraints but the process of tying her up with 10m long ropes is a bit laborious (to do it safely and properly you simply have to do it slowly).

These however, eliminate that problem. You can quickly tie hands to each other or to the bed and if you do it correctly they simply cannot get out. If you do it okay it will take them a while but they can manage it, so for that reason they're quite safe too, but the most important safety feature is that they will not tighten on their own. You also don't need to take any precautions to prevent skin marks as the foam prevents rubbing and friction burns, which is yet another plus. Like I said above they are much quicker than rope and so you don't lose the mood as you're tying your partner, another bonus. You also don't need a knowledge of knots.

They do have greater limitations to what can use them for bondage-wise as you have less length to play with, for example you cannot tie the arms or legs to the body. The pair I own are longer than these at 36inches but unfortunately don't screw together like the ones on here

Obviously you can use them for anything outside the bedroom and so you can actually buy these anywhere. Sorry to pull a hamstring on you Lovehoney, but I actually bought my pair at Poundland (for just £1 for the pair funnily enough). LH is a great site but these are everyday items so they are very cheap.

      10 out of 10 stars
      Pros
Quick and easy, leaves no marks, cheap and safe.
      Cons
Less scope than rope and potentially wriggle-free.
      Bottom line
Fantastically simple and effective, no expertise required!
