Safe Sex = Good Sex
Good sex is fun, passionate and exciting, but most of all, it’s safe. That’s why as well as providing you with toys, lingerie and other fantastic bits to enhance your sexy time, we also sell a range of condoms to keep you and your lover protected.
But, how effective are condoms? Well, according to the NHS using a condom during sex will protect you from unwanted pregnancies and STIs 98% of the time.
Condoms give immediate protection and should always be worn when having sex with someone new, even if one of you is using another form of birth control.
How to Put On a Condom
Sometimes it might feel like the protection talk is a little bit clinical, but that doesn't mean putting on a condom has to ruin the mood - in fact, far from it.
Ribbed condoms add an extra layer of sensation for you and your partner, while flavoured condoms give oral a sweet or fruity twist.
To put on a condom, just pinch the tip, and roll it down the length of your erection. Make sure that the rolled-up part is on the outside before you put it on, though! You can make it part of your foreplay, or build-up to sex, by having your partner put it on for you - that way, they can sensually touch you while they slide it on.
How to Choose the Right Condom for You
While Durex condoms and Trojan condoms are two of our leading brands, we also sell SKYN Condoms and other smaller brands. This means we can provide a wide range of condoms to suit every penis.
One of the first things you want to consider when shopping for condoms is whether you or your partner have a latex allergy. Putting a condom on doesn’t have to ruin the mood, but having an allergic reaction might! To be safe, opt for latex-free condoms.
Remember, certain condoms are better for certain things. If you’re in for the long haul, delay condoms are an awesome way to stretch out your sexy time. If you’re after a more natural feel, extra-thin condoms give you a skin-on-skin feeling without compromising safety.
You will also want to think about condom size. If your condoms don’t fit, you’re at risk of it coming off during sex, or even tearing. Luckily, we stock condoms to fit practically every man, no matter how endowed he is. From snug to magnum condoms, we’ve got them all.
