    1. More Like The Wow Wand!!

I ordered this vibe less yesterday at around 2 in the afternoon, and now here I am, 11am the next day, and it's arrived!! It was very discreetly packaged too!

This vibrator if truly fabulous. I used to have a similar one from a popular high street sex shop. It does not measure up to this!! For both internal and external use I would give it a 10/10. Well worth a go girls, really good value for money!!

    1. A True Wonder Wand

      Reviewed: 29 January 2007 by Massagemaster5

I did have the previous version of this wand and it was a great orgasm arouser that never failed, and my g/f often took it away from me to rub on her clitoris for extra stimulation while my fingers were busy! When switched on, the head vibrates hard and with the clever design of the soft fingers, it provides intense sensations whether inside the vagina, on the clitoris, or even being rubbed on the head of my cock! However, earlier versions were perhaps a bit too long to control well, the build standard was very poor, the soft head covers tore, and they were difficult to clean - why don't manufacturers think about cleaning after use? This version is 100% better in all respects. It is controllable, sturdy, waterproof enough to clean easily, and gives powerful stimulation. It is easy to hold and easy to switch on and off even with slippery fingers! I like it because when inside the vagina, I can let go and work elsewhere and it stays in place - clever design! The batteries last well even with heavy use!

A handy practical vibe that provides intense stimulation, and good value for money.
A bit noisy when out in the open.
      Bottom line
      An essential bedside companion

    1. Wonder-ful? Not quite.

This was one of those toys I was highly disappointed with at first. I like to go for toys that are a bit different every time, and this seemed to have that quality, but when I tried it seemed rather lacking -- lacking in power and build quality.

The vibe is essentially a bullet vibrator on the end of a spring attached to a controller and battery compartment, with two jelly sleeves for a bit of variety.

The main unit is a purple or pink (depending on which you choose) glittery hard plastic, that isn't really of the best build quality. The batteries aren't too tricky to insert -- you slide off the panel in the bottom of the unit, push in the batteries (it indicates which way to put them), and slide the panel back over (which can be a bit tricky). The spring giving it the "wiggle" from it's name, is covered in a clear plastic tubing, which makes it more hygienic, although results in it not really being very 'wiggly' as it restricts a lot of the movement. The packaging claims the vibe has "3 speeds" -- one of those speeds is 'off', which I guess IS technically a speed, but it's still a little cheeky. I personally found the speeds the most disappointing thing about this. I feel the first one is too much to start off with, and the second isn't quite right to get me off -- there isn't enough variation between the two for it to warrant being 'multi-speed'. Despite the tiny difference in vibration between the two, the second speed is quite a bit noisier than the first (the first is alright and probably not noticeable from another room, the second makes me cringe a bit). The one good thing about the design, that I found, was that if you hold it by the controller, your hand is less likely to go numb than with a traditional bullet, as the vibrations don't travel too much down the spring.

The two jelly sleeves for it are clear and very stretchy -- they're not too difficult to get over the bullet part of the vibe, and seem to be resilient enough. I did like the idea of the sleeves -- it basically gives you three vibes in one, and can make cleaning a whole ton easier (if you're using a sleeve and just using it for clit stim, you'll probably just need to clean the sleeve). The first sleeve (the one that comes already on the unit) is covered in lots of little fronds, some of which flutter back and forth when the vibration's on. This sleeve LOOKS like a ton of fun, but it did nothing for me. I find the sensation of bouncing it back and forth between my palms more pleasing than using it for clit stim or insertion -- it's all wiggly and fun, I feel I ought to name it. The ribbed one, however! It looks simple (and it is), but oh my it is nice for rubbing back and forth on your clit, or in and out of yourself. The best thing I've discovered about these sleeves? They fit my waterproof bullet (which has a much nicer range of speeds) not too badly!

I personally found the only way I could come using this toy, was leaving the sleeves off it, and pressing the plastic bullet hard against my clit. Not how it's meant to be used at all.

I seem to have misplaced the main unit of this, but I can't say I'm losing much sleep over it. I do hope it turns up again, though, because I was just beginning to develop a slight fondness for it, and I'm sure I'll find another way to make it work for me -- it seems to be one that requires a bit of experimenting.

I think this could be good for very sensitive girls, and probably wouldn't make a bad foreplay toy. It's pretty unusual looking -- your first thoughts upon seeing it aren't really 'Sex Toy' -- so you can just about get away with leaving it on the bedside table. It's out of the ordinary appearance could also make it a nice introduction to sex toys to a nervous man, or a first toy to a girl who's not so sure.

Non-threatening, takes AA batteries, sleeves add variety.
      Not enough variation in speeds.
      Bottom line
A different toy that isn't quite for me.
