    1. Fantastic with a slight modification

Reviewed: 18 October 2009 by AnalLover

In the state it came in I found that it didn't work that well. I don't know if it's just me but I found that there's nothing preventing it sucking air/anything else in the top end. So I've added the non-return valve from an inflatable butt plug and it now works brilliantly.

With that modification this is a great tool. So much easier than a full enema kit and it can get you a lot cleaner than just a douche. It can get you nice and deeply clean for a really long session.

    2. Overall Rating
      8 out of 10 stars
      Pros
Can give you a really deep clean.
      Cons
Lack of non-return valve above squeeze bulb.
      Bottom line
      After I'd modified it, brilliant!

    1. Great, until it splits!

Reviewed: 12 March 2010 by Oliber

I purchased an identical product from another site. From the pictures, size and description, I assume they are identical. However this may not be a fully accurate representation of the Lovehoney product. Disclaimer over!

This can give you a great deep clean and fill you up to the brim! It's very easy to use, but as one of the other reviews mentions a second non-return valve would be beneficial.

The downside of my experience. After a few serious uses, the bulb split (my finger went through the rubber) and effectively destroyed the product. That said, this is a lot cheaper than most of the alternatives, so is well worth the money, even for five to ten uses!

    2. Overall Rating
      7 out of 10 stars
      Pros
The price, the ease of use.
      Cons
      The poor rubber quality.
      Bottom line
Excellent. But I can't guarantee that the one you buy will be the only one!

    1. Does the job just right

Reviewed: 21 August 2009 by dai, a Straight Going Steady Male

Ideal for that total clean feeling when going for a prolonged session of bum fun.

It comes with 2 types of ends, one ideal for anal cleaning, the other for internal pussy cleaning.

Have only used it for anal so unable to post about the other option, but if it does the same as the anal probe then it will do just as good a job.

The best way I found to use this is to fill the sink with warm water and add just a touch of mild soap. Place the end into the sink and pump until you get water coming out of the other end, if you don't and just insert and pump you will pump a fair amount of air into you before the water.

Once you have water coming out of the other end then lube the tip and slowly insert, then pump until you feel that slightly full sensation, then use the toilet. Do this 2 or 3 times and then experience the joy of some bum fun without the fear of making a mess of you or your toys, or whatever you are using.

    2. Overall Rating
      7 out of 10 stars
      Pros
      Cheap and does the job
      Cons
It fills you with air if not primed properly
      Bottom line
Worth the money and can add to hours of bum fun

    1. Does the job but slow

Reviewed: 02 August 2011 by atlanta

This was the first enema device I ever tried.

You insert the plastic/ebonite tube in your bum hole and put the other end in water. You then squeeze the bulb.

The nozzle then delivers small quantities of liquid to your insides.

Although it is fairly simple to use the device has several drawbacks:

      - Only delivers very small quantities with each squeeze

      - You must keep the intake end immersed in liquid

      - The tube slips out easily

      - For best results it should be operated by another person

    2. Overall Rating
      6 out of 10 stars
      Pros
      Easy to use.
      Cons
      Slow. Intake must be immersed.
      Bottom line
A solution if you have no other options.

    1. Good price bad product

      Reviewed: 28 October 2011 by crag630

I have an enema already and a douche so assumed this would be a nice cheap addition to the collection. Nice no cheap yes.

The product itself is from what I can tell very good quality as far as material is concerned.

As for how it is supposed work the idea is simple. Place the short end without the nozzle in the water, the nozzle goes in either your rear end or lady parts and start pumping.

In practice this is just terrible. You squeeze that thing when it's in you until the water starts flowing and you will have more air than water by the time you are ready to empty.

I also found I needed to keep up the pumping constantly - not very fun when you could be using an essentially hands-free enema rather than constant pumping.

No one else seems too have mentioned it but the little disc bit underneath the tip can slide up and down. I assume it's meant to prevent you from letting it go too far in.

As for someone who mentioned in a review that the balloon pump bit burst, I don't see that happening any time soon. Like I said, though in use it's pathetic it is made of quality material.

Now for the final nail in the coffin. The packaging was enough too make me nervous. It looks like it was made in the sixties - even the models on it look like they're from that era. He looks like a muppet, though she does not look too bad.

Worse still, the box is almost all yellow and I noticed what at first appeared to be green marks only too discover they were intentional. I assume they were meant to represent bacteria, as it does say in red writing "Helps promote clean bacteria free sex!"

Overall I have to say just get something that will do the job better. This is a waste of cash.

      Pros
      The price and the quality.
      Cons
Packaging. Did not do exactly what was needed. Better products out there.
      Bottom line
Great price and quality but does not get the job done very well.

    1. Doesn't live up to expectations

Reviewed: 19 July 2010 by Ampeli, a Straight Married Male

Like an earlier reviewer, the only thing I could do to get this thing to work properly was add a non return valve from another toy - and even then - what a faff!

It's cheap - but you get what you pay for I guess. I would still go for an ordinary douche.

    2. Overall Rating
      1 out of 10 stars
      Pros
It's cheap enough not to miss anything in the pocket.
      Cons
      It doesn't work!
      Bottom line
      Pretty useless without modification.
