    1. Product Description

Put the literal spark in your relationship with The Stinger Electro Wand by Kink.Designed to emulate a cattle prod for close range zaps across a small area, this multisensory e-stim tool enhances fun with visible sparks and impressively audible cracks.

Taking just 2 x AA batteries to generate power, this zapper couldn't be easier to use. Simply grasp the insulated handle and and press the single button to charge the contact pins.

Then make contact with your lover's skin with the metal pins to awaken their nerve endings with the language they speak: electricity!

Unlike vibrating or sucking toys which enhance sensitivity through boosted circulation, electro toys like this wand get straight to the point by using the kinds of signals your nerve endings understand. A shortcut to sensation, if you will!

Remember: E-Stim toys should only ever be used below the waist and NEVER across the chest, face or head.

Important: The Stinger Wand uses static discharge to provide the shocks you use in play. This means it can hold some of this charge even after switching the unit off/removing the batteries. To discharge fully prior to storage, simply remove the batteries and rest the pins against a grounded item. A perfect choice is your own/a consenting partner's leg. On contact, the wand will emit one final "zap" and after this, the unit will be neutrally charged and ready for storage.

    1. Shockingly fun

Reviewed: 20 July 2018 by KinkyHedonistCouple, a Straight Married Male

My OH and I are quite experimental and have purchased a wide variety of toys and equipment from our lovely friends at Lovehoney, this being the latest thing to add to the games while I have my wife tied up securely.

Let's get straight to it: the pain. It is a fairly mild shock to be honest, but you can certainly feel it and it makes me jump slightly when the arc touches my skin. The psychological effect of the sharp sound it makes when it strikes combined with the pain, however, is a wonderful thing.

We have used it several times now, and despite it not being a cattle prod she still pulls away from it if she expects to be punished while wearing her collar (like a good girl). You can also hold down the button while it is in contact with skin for a much more unpleasant burning kind of shock which is actually quite nasty - so options for those with devious minds.

Also keep in mind the sensitivity of the skin you shock will also effect the pain. I have not been evil enough to touch the electrodes anywhere too fragile (yet).

It is much larger than I expected. However, at 38cm in length it stretches from my elbow to the middle of my palm (I'm 5'11 and well built). With the choice of materials and the size it feels a little 'clunky' in my hands, and I tend to feel a bit silly holding it. But minor concerns, as for the price I am very happy.

As people have mentioned. There is no power switch except for the hold down button to charge the shock (hold longer for more charge), which means it is advisable to take out the batteries (or turn one around) to avoid this baby going off unexpectedly and possibly making you look rather silly in the process if it happens to touch your own skin.

Great fun, good price, material choice could have been better but still decent.

    2. Overall Rating:
      9 out of 10 stars
      Pros
Price, fun factor, fear factor, kink.
      Cons
Materials and build quality not so great, feels very light and it's 38cm long.
      Bottom line
Very nice addition to the dungeon, something different, very fun.

    1. More bark than bite, but brilliant

Reviewed: 05 April 2018 by AmmaWhimsy, a Bisexual Single Female

The Stinger looks and feels like a good quality product, and it makes me feel (pleasantly) dangerous to wield. The controls are really simple: A single button to charge, and skin contact to discharge. (There isn't an off switch, so I take the batteries out for storage: Although I've never seen it discharge unexpectedly, or into anything besides skin, I still worry about it managing to go off whilst it's in the packet.) The brilliant looks don't stop there - this toy is brilliantly intimidating. Every discharge comes with a whip-like crack and a bright spark which had people wincing from across the room as I tested it. This would work brilliantly as a psychological tool for play involving fear or intimidation.

The Stinger looses pretty mild shocks; sensations are in the region of being twanged with an elastic band or getting a static shock. The sensation is a little sharp, sometimes warm and predictably buzzy. There is slight variation in the strength of the shocks, but I'm struggling to control that, so it can be a bit roll-of-the-dice. One thing I tried and didn't like was pushing the button when the prongs were already in contact with skin, the sensation is hotter and more like burning.

Whilst I was expecting more forceful shocks, having seen this used before, I am really pleased with this product. The sensations are quite mild, but the psychological, visual and audible effect is spectacular.

    2. Overall Rating:
      8 out of 10 stars
      Pros
Amazing look and psychological impact. Mild-middling,manageable shocks.
      Cons
No off switch. No variable control for shocks.
      Bottom line
Brilliant addition to my toybox, especially as a high psychological and mild physical impact tool.

    1. Perfect for beginners electro play

Reviewed: 07 March 2018 by Kay91, a Bisexual Going Steady Female

It came in nice packaging. Once opened the wand. Looks well made and I couldn’t wait to try it.

When I gave it to my partner later he started testing on my arm to so I could feel what the sensation would be like.

The initial shock made me jump, but only stung a small amount.

After playing around with it for a bit longer we found that, depending on how long the button was held down for, you could get a range of shocks from just a small sting to a more painful sting; nothing unbearable though.

It’s perfect for building suspense as will only go off when the metal prongs touch skin. The only downside is that there is no off button, so if planning to purchase you will need to remove batteries after use and ensure there is no charge left in the prongs.

Aside from that, perfect purchase for someone wanting to try electro play.

      Cons
Having to remove batteries after use.

Perfect for trying out electro play.
