Lovehoney Smooth Sensual Glass Dildo

I realise a review for this mastur-piece of glasswork is largely academic, since our friends at Lovehoney have now sadly discontinued it, but I really must inscribe into legend my feelings for this, in homage to this elegantly simple, but deliriously delightful sex toy.

I'd originally purchased this as a gift for my GF - who's been keen to experiment with glass for some time - in preparation for her impending visit. It turns out, however, that we may well be fighting each other for it!

It arrived in Lovehoney's usual manner - promptly, discreetly and very well packaged. Removing it from its postal penitentiary revealed a simple but elegant pink and white box (in acknowledgement of its female demographic, albeit not exclusively so), with a cut-open window displaying this deceptively innocuous-looking implement.

Upon extracting it from this, a number of things became immediately apparent; firstly, the finish on this is utterly flawless, being smooth, cool - as expected from a glass toy - and terribly tactile, its soft pink colour and cute Lovehoney logo engraving giving it a lovely feeling of exclusivity and the overall feel oozing quality . Secondly, it had a little more girth than you might expect; wrapping your hand around it gave you the impression that this is going to be quite a fulfilling object, whilst not being intimidating. Thirdly, it's quite weighty, allaying any fears you may have had about glass toys, instead feeling solid and substantial.

I had planned to christen this with my GF, but my recent forays into anal play had me reaching for it first, for having finally finding my P-spot with my vibrating butt plug, I found my vibe hadn't the substance to fully stimulate me. I received this dildo in my summer bundle, and it has fast became one of my favourite toys. It is my first glass dildo and I didn't think there would be much difference between this and any other toys. However, I was quickly surprised.

Some of my cheaper glass dildos, compared to this one, feel as though they would smash easily. But the Pyrex glass, makes this dildo feel like it has a luxurious quality. It's easy to hold and gives peace of mind that it will be safe to inset in your most intimate area.

The dildo is 5.5 inches in length, with an insertable length of 4.5 inches, with a circumference of 3.25 inches, which makes it perfect for total beginners, whether its glass you are new to, or dildos in general. You can use the dildo as part of temperature play.
