I've not had much experience with vibrators before but when I saw this, I really just had to buy it. I like my possessions to look nice and cute, and this definitely ticks that box.

The silicone is lovely and soft and the heart tip bends nicely, for those who need a bit more pressure to get their rocks off.

The ten vibration settings include 3 constant vibrations at different speeds and 7 pulses. Sadly you can't control the strength of the pulses but there's enough variety in them to find exactly what you're in the mood for! It's not particularly noisy either, but for those who are worried about being heard it's good to know that simply muffling it by using it while under a duvet cancels out most of the noise!

The on/off button is also used to cycle through the different settings and my only qualm with this is that it after turning it off, it does not start on the same setting, rather the one just after it. The button lights up though and pulses in time with the vibrations, which is absolutely a bonus for anyone who is easily amused.

I've had this toy for about a month and it definitely hits the spot! My partner and I have incorporated it into our sex life and it's been a wonderful addition.

Softness, variety of vibration and pulse settings, appearance.
Vibrations don't start on the same setting you leave them on!
      Bottom line
A good addition to anyone's toy chest!

    1. Not what the Doc prescribed

I'd spent quite a while deliberating over this and the Kinky Kat vibe from the same range - I love cats but thought the Cheshire cat grin was a little creepy. I really couldn't decide, so when a friend offered to buy me one, I let him choose.

I was quite excited and the parcel came one working day (three days total since it's a bank holiday weekend) than I had expected (thanks Lovehoney, you're great!), which was a nice surprise.

The box is absolutely beautiful! There's a sleeve which slides off, and then a book-stye box with information about the rest of the range inside, and the vibrator in a plastic insert. There are none of those typical nude model images you find on a lot of sex toy packaging, and it's relatively discreet.

Picking up the vibrator, it feels very nice. It's quite light and made from smooth silicone with barely any visible seam, and the heart at the tip is flexible and will bend with pressure.

Overall, it looks and feels quite high end and I find myself thinking that it should've been more expensive. The packaging and the feel of the toy itself make it feel really quite luxurious.

It takes one AA battery, just screw off the end to access the battery compartment. It's also waterproof, though I haven't tested that claim as yet. So far, so good. Then you turn it on, and it all starts to go a little wrong.

In its defence, it's very easy to use! It did come with an instruction leaflet but if I'm honest I haven't even looked at it because it was so simple that I didn't think I needed to. There is a power button on the end, which you push once to power on. A long press will turn it off, and a short press will cycle through the vibration modes. There are ten functions, so there's something for everyone, and there is a light at the end which flashes in time with the vibrations, and I imagine could help to indicate the current function. In practice this light does nothing. One for the easily amused, I guess. To me it's just a drain on the battery.

The main problem is that the vibrations themselves just don't translate through the soft silicone tip! I suppose that there had to be a downside to all of this, but it's disappointing that it's the vibrations. I'd have preferred tacky packaging with more power, for example.

Another thing which frustrates me is that the heart is quite a broad tip so it's difficult to get the vibrations focused on my clitoris - maybe a different style would be better for this, the Kinky Kat's ears or the White Wabbit's ears, perhaps. I found the bumps on the side better for clitoral stimulation than the tip, but still not particularly great. The shape also makes it awkward for internal stimulation and I can not for the life of me orgasm using it. Believe me, I've tried! I really wanted to love it!

After use it's easy enough to clean (I use antibacterial wipes), paying little more attention around the edges of the bumps down the side.

Overall, I really can't recommend it. Yes, it's pretty. Yes, the packaging is lovely. Yes, it has a nice texture and it's waterproof. But it's a vibrator, and the vibrations really do let it down! It's in the name, you know? I'm sad because I had such high hopes for this.

It's very pretty! Packaging is beautiful, toy has a nice texture and is waterproof.
Too clumsy for clitoral stimulation, with disappointing vibrations.

    1. Gorgeous packaging, lacking in the vibe department

Reviewed: 30 November 2012 by BollyGrey

I was sent this product to test, which I was really pleased about as it'd been on my wishlist for a while, so I was really excited to receive it. Thanks Lovehoney.

Looking at it the first thing that strikes you is the cute quirky packaging. It really stands out and screams fun at you. The product itself is smooth to touch, very pretty and colourful in keeping with the Alice In Wonderland theme. It only takes one AA battery, which is not included. The vibrator has 10 functions 3 vibrations and 7 pulses. Unfortunately this is where style and cuteness fall flat on its face... It may have raised hearts and a heart-shaped end and it may be bright red, but it just does nothing for me, and believe me I have tried today with it numerous times over several hours!

The problem is the vibrations are just too weak. Even on the strongest setting they do nothing and the pulse settings did nothing either. I just couldn't feel them that much even when it was on my clit, let alone when it was inside me.

The light on the end of it is okay for the dark but it's no use to me, I'm not at the end that sees it!

After a while the lack of powerful vibes started doing my head in, cute though it is. It's the sort of product that gives you a complex! I don't think even my other half had could get this to work on me even if he tried.

I ended up turning it off and grabbing my Rocks Off RO-120mm to get the job done otherwise I would have been extremely grumpy for the rest of the day! It's such a shame really, but it just goes to show, you can dress it up as much as you like but if doesn't make you come it's about as useful as a chocolate teapot!
