Sex in the Shower 6 Inch Rubber Dildo and Suction Cup Kit

The toy arrived in a cardboard box, with a picture of a naked model on one side. This wasn't an issue for me personally, but it might put some people off.

Inside the box was a dildo and a double-sided suction cup, packaged separately in plastic bags. There was also a leaflet for other Sex in the Shower products but no information about how to care for or use your new toy, which is a little disappointing as rubber is not that commonly used in toys in the current market.

Rubber sex toys have a bad reputation for being strong smelling. Straight out of the box there was a slight odour, but after a good wash with Lovehoney sex toy cleaner it was gone.

The actual dildo feels nice and firm but has a good amount of flexibility. A flared base makes it easy to stick onto the double suction cup or hold onto while it is in use vaginally and would make it suitable for anal use also. The curve feels natural and is nice and subtle but hits the G-spot well. At six inches it isn't an intimidating size but is nicely proportioned and a nice girth considering the length of the toy. It is also harness-compatible which makes it a more versatile investment.

The suction cup portion is a very simple yet clever idea. One side sticks to a flat surface and the other to the supplied dildo. Suction is very strong and doesn't slip around at all in a shower. It is highly likely that the double suction cup system would suit other flared based dildos, although I don't have anything suitable to test it out with.

The components are easy to clean with warm soapy water or Lovehoney's advanced sex toy cleaner. The only issue is that the dildo does tend to attract dust and fluff, but cleaning before and after use should sort this.

All in all a simple idea but one that is really well thought out. Slight gripes about the smell and packaging can be easily sorted out to make this a pretty brilliant toy all-round.
