Simply plug this set of four electrifying pads into your ElectraStim Power Unit and place them on any part of your body.
The pads conduct the tingly vibrations wherever they are placed. All you need to do is plug a set of 2mm pins from the ElectraStim unit into 2 of the pads and affix them to your body, or wear all 4 pads for extra fun.

TENS unit replacement pads

These are replacement conductive electrode pads intended for the TENS (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) unit.
Place your 2mm pins in, plug them into your TENS, peel them off the plastic backing, and place them on your body in sets of 2. Press it firmly onto the skin. The pads adhere best when they are at body temperature.
Where to put them? I like to place them on the thighs or the bottom while pegging, for instance, but there is such a wide variety of configurations, you can let your imagination guide you.
There are videos on YouTube that can help you learn where to place the pads in order to stimulate specific muscle groups with your TENS unit. Keep the pads at least a couple inches apart for best effect.
Make sure the area where you're going to place the pads is clean and dry, as these are already coated in conductive gel.
You may want to shave the area if you are particularly hirsute in order to avoid ripping hair out upon removal and causing pain (unless you're into that kind of thing!).
If you intend to reuse them, pull them off your body carefully by the corner of the pad (not by the wire), so as to keep the wire from ripping away from the pad. I've destroyed a few pads this way.
Since I am a lifestyle Domme, I usually buy these in bulk and keep the electrodes marked with the names of my submissives for sanitary purposes.
You'll want to gently rinse them every few uses, by placing a few drops of water on the adhesive and using your finger to displace any dead skin or hair that has stuck on there.
After you've used the pad 10 or 15 times, you'll notice that the adhesive is not very sticky. You can spray the area with electrolyte spray (or even a little bit of water) in order to overcome this and bring the pad back to life for a couple more uses.
When you're done with your session, you can stick them back onto the plastic backing they came with, and pop it into a ziplock bag so they don't dry out.
These are fun for adding a new dimension to your sex life, and also for pain relief.
