Classified White Split Bra and Crotchless Knickers Set

I was kindly sent this item to test, in exchange for an honest review, a massive thank you to Leanne for this! I was excited to try out this bra and panties set, as it looked really cute, and I thought that my OH would love to see me wearing it.

It arrived quickly and discreetly as always, Lovehoney never fail me on that score. When I opened the parcel and saw the packaging I was pretty underwhelmed. It comes in a black cardboard box with a picture of a model sporting the set on the front, it looks very tacky and unappealing.

When I opened the packet up my disappointment continued. The set is made from a very flimsy material which feels and looks cheap. I also think they could have afforded to make this in different sizes rather than just the one.

The bra is very ill-fitting due to only being made in the one size. The strap at the back is made from an elasticated material which is fastened with a plastic hook. The shoulder straps are adjustable, which helps when fitting it, however, being a DD in cup size, I found that this bra barely covered me. It makes my breasts look squashed and I didn't feel sexy at all.

In terms of the crotchless G-string, I found that this fit me better. I am a size 10 and it wasn't too big or baggy on me, which was a relief. It has a large label in the back which you can see through the material, but this is easily cut out. Despite it fitting better than the bra, it doesn't detract from the fact that it looks cheap.

When I put this on for my OH he was much more excited by it than I was. He likes that it's designed to show off all the exciting bits and doesn't hide anything! I don't own anything crotchless, and I did like this feature as it allowed my OH to access everything without me taking it off. However, I found it uncomfortable, particularly the bra, due to its poor fitting.

Overall, this isn't something I see myself wearing much at all unless my OH particularly wants me to. The cheap material, tacky look and poor fit means this will be going straight to the bottom of my lingerie drawer. It's not badly priced, but I would rather spend more money on a higher quality set that fits me properly.

I would not recommend this to others, particularly if you have large breasts as it is not flattering at all. Spend your money on something else.
