    1. Definitely worth every penny

Been using this little machine for about 2 months or so now. I use it on the mixed setting on 60-70 for 45mins during the day and then again on the tone setting for 20mins in the evening everyday (excluding time of the month time).

Well although I don't suffer with any incontinence issues, other than the odd trip to the loo once/twice throughout the night, I was worried that I may be a little loose due to weakening of my pelvic floor after giving birth to my 4 children. I had no struggles with reaching orgasms et cetera, no complaints from my other half either. But the paranoia of not feeling the same got the better of me.

Well I'm pleased to say that 1) trips to the loo throughout the night are now a thing of the past, 2) my orgasms are a lot more intense than before, and 3) my partner has passed comment about me feeling different down there (and that being in a good way). Manual Kegel Exercises have also become a lot easier to do too as over a few weeks of use you become familiar with the muscles you need to use.

I'm so happy with the results that I am going to invest in a Kegel machine as it offers more intense settings et cetera. All I can say is you will not be disappointed with this little gadget. :)

A must-have for pelvic floor exercises. So much more effective than trying to strengthen on your own.

I started using once a day, it feels pleasant and really helps keep things tight inside and relieves prolapsed uterus. I wish I got this years ago. Best price I could find online.

    1. Strong vagina musculature building in progress

Reviewed: 26 April 2018 by Meatgrinder

I finally have my own sparring partner who takes real good care of me and helps tone me from the inside. This superb training device does the job for me in ways that I could never have found how to do on my own. Kegel exercises are a hassle in comparison.

There is more, too: with this device, my cycles have calmed down substantially. I feared I would trigger a big bleed by using it but, to my surprise, my cycle ended early instead. I have had no period pain and no gushing bleeds this cycle.

I am totally in love with this Tens machine. I use it at night before I go to sleep. If I fall asleep it stays in overnight, and when I wake up I turn it on again. I use it for when I am around the house, either standing, walking, doing the dishes, cooking, cleaning, or relaxing in bed. It is not great for when sitting or squatting, as it will be in the way. If the probe is pushed out a bit, the sensations from the probe will be quite uncomfortable and too strong to the outside of the vagina, so be careful if you sneeze or cough.

The design would benefit from taking a look at high-quality silicone sex toys and learn how the cords are attached so that they last longer, and using silicone materials for the probe would probably be better, too.

The four programs are all great, I shuffle. I use the maximum strength and that seems to be what I need. It would be great to have a longer program. The longest is 90 minutes.

The rim of the probe is not a great shape. I have attached a sponge around it for comfort and now all is well. I also attached a sponge around the cord that goes from the probe to the tens machine, to prevent the cord from being pushed and pulled.

    2. Overall Rating:
      10 out of 10 stars
      Pros
Very pleasurable sensations, really great tool for getting in touch with the pelvic floor musculature.
      Cons
Too short programs, cords are not streamlined, rim of probe too small and wrongly shaped.
      Bottom line
My new best buddy. Feels like building up to an orgasm in slow motion waves.
