Laveila's review of Black Lace - The Red Collection by Portia Da Costa

I was looking for a new book of short erotic stories to read during my relaxation times to get me into the mood to play. I lately read several books but I cannot say that many of those got my full attention.

I was very pleasantly surprised that this book actually got me very interested. When I was reading the first story, I just could not put it down. I haven´t finished the whole book yet, because I do not wish to just read it all at once, although I really wish I could sometimes. The main theme seems to be dominate/submissive theme, but it is very light, so even a person who is not into a really strong BDSM can enjoy the book. I am into a light dom/sub play, spanking, having my hands tied, etc, which is why I like this book. If you are into harder play, you may not enjoy it as much as I do.

I am about half way through the book now. And I can say I enjoyed all stories so far. Some more, some less, depending on how it was written and how it hit my interest. But I can say that this book is one of the best collections of short stories I read so far. They seem well written and well thought through, each story different from the previous one. A very enjoyable and arousing read. I would highly recommend this book, get it if you can.
