I am not sure whether it was the placebo effect but I have used this twice now and both times I have been at my biggest and hardest.

I think the main ingredient, l-arginine, works by opening up blood vessels to allow more blood through (it's in a lot of bodybuilding workout supplements).

However it works it seems to work physically by allowing plenty of blood downstairs. In terms of horniness I am not sure other than it feels frisky when you are at 100% max if you know what I mean! -)
