To fit:

1. Slip the jacket on with the open side at the back.

2. The back features three straps which thread through double D-rings to secure the jacket shut. Thread the straps through both D-rings and then fold the strap back on itself and through the first D-ring in the opposite direction. Complete this with all three straps.

3. The arms then thread through the strap at the front of the waist as if they are crossed. Extend the hands around the back.

4. Thread the crotch strap between the legs and around to the back of the jacket. Next to the bottom D-rings securing the waist of the jacket, find the loop hole and thread the crotch strap through and repeat, pulling it tight.

5. Secure the arms by threading the strap on the left arm (which will be on the right-hand side of your partner) through the D-rings on the right arm (which will be on the left-hand side of your partner) behind their back.

6. Thread the excess strapping through the loops on the left-hand side of the D-rings that secure the jacket closed.

The jacket is designed to hold the arms firm and tight over the chest. The chest measurement and arm length are therefore the most important measurements. If either sound like they are going to be too tight, you will need a L/XL size.

Waist: 35 - 42 inches
