Magic Motion Flamingo App Controlled Kegel Exerciser

So I have been testing out this very interesting (and very high tech) toy for a couple weeks now. I have had some ups and downs with it, but mostly ups. I suggest you kick back and relax because I have a feeling this is going to take a little while since there is just so much to talk about. To make things easier for me and whomever may be reading this, I will use individual headlines for each topic of the toy (I hope that made sense, it did in my head anyway!).

Delivery.

As normal I would just like to put a little word in for the delivery. It was quick and very simple. It was also very discreet, so nobody knew what I had in my mysterious parcel. It arrived in a plain brown box that was tightly sealed with duct tape. LoveHoney are very secure with their packaging and have always met the highest of standards with any of my deliveries.

Packaging.

This is packaging to be proud of! This is very clearly a luxury toy just from the box it arrives in. Much like a mobile phone box, you slide off the top to reveal your toy safely tucked into the padding underneath. The outer packaging is very sturdy and has a white underside with a bright pink top covering. Looking at the front of the box you will see a faint but shiny picture of the basic shape of the toy and that's all. On the underside you will find a little information with some key points about toy as well as a QR bar to scan with your IOS or Android device to start setting up the connection. The design of the packaging overall is very simple and has a 'less is more' feel to it. Inside the box, underneath the toy I found my white charging cable, a black satin storage bag and most importantly the instruction manual!

The Manual.

Now don't be alarmed when you first find this because even though it may feel pretty thick it is not at all as daunting as it looks (it may sound like I was talking about a girthy dildo but I assure you I was not!). I was happy to find out that the manual is in fact in a bunch of different languages and it is only the first few pages that I needed to read. This is an easy-to-read step-by-step guide to help you get down to business as fast and simply as possible. It even has a small Q&A section and a Warranty terms and conditions at the end. I suggest keeping this handy for the future since it is very helpful and informative.

First impressions with the Flamingo!

So when I first opened up the packaging I was greeted with a very pink legless-looking Flamingo tucked in white foamy sponge to keep it safe. My very first thought when I saw it was that it looked expensive and pretty darn smooth. So I took it out and gave it a good feel and inspection. On the Flamingo’s body are two sets of circular ridges, one on the top and one on the base. These are not buttons. I, for some reason, could not get my head around that and continued trying to press them despite knowing in the back of my mind nothing would happen. After a while I decided it would be a go time to charge it up, except I could not find where on earth to plug it into. There is only one tiny hole right on the back and I thought that it was surely too small to fit the charger, but I was wrong and soon found out after another inspection that it must be it. I let it charge for a couple hours until the light shut off and I knew it was full. So far everything had been amazing. I could not fault a thing about this toy! However I did notice one thing, it has very little weight to it, not at all the weight I would expect a kegel ball to be.

Using Manually.

I have to admit, when using this for the first time I was pretty confused but after a while fiddling around with it and working it out on my own, I finally got a hang of it and did not find the controls to difficult. When turning this device off manually it can take a good few seconds. This toy is very easy to insert but it is by far the most comfortable. For me it did not feel like it was sitting high enough inside my body and made it awkward to move around. The vibrations this toy gives off even at the top speed are not exactly powerful. I am not to sure how to explain it but I would describe it as very fast and sharp and not deep and rumbling. I also could not help but feel that the multiple patterns were not very distinct due to the lack in vibrations. This is a very quiet toy and in a normal setting you would not be able to hear it from inside you (by a normal setting I mean, a shopping centre, cinema etc.). Personally I would not trust it for a day at the office however.

Using the App with my partner.

So this was my very first app-usable toy and it definitely took some getting use to. We both loved the idea of him being able to control the settings as he pleased and gave the experience a BDSM feel to it which was perfect for us! The connection is very strong between the device and the tablet we were using at the time and did not cut out like some of the cheaper remote controlled toys. We were also surprised to find that the app even comes with a small game that can increase the speed of the vibrations depending on how you tilt the mobile device. Both me and my partner had a lot of fun with this toy and it was his sneaky way of letting me know what mood he was in.

Kegel Training system.

The system has five different levels. They are all quite easy and did not take much 'training' in order for me to reach each one. When using the app for kegel training you will hear a woman's voice that will first talk you through what you to do so you know how to do it correctly. After that you will go through each level with the same voice telling you when to stop and start. It’s a fairly simple program and easy to get the hang of. So far I have noticed a small difference in the strength of my orgasms but it is my partner that had really noticed the difference. He claims that he can feel a difference in the tightness of my lady bits during sex. Even though I can not feel much of a difference I am very glad with the results from what my partner has told me!

Extras.

This is a very easy toy to clean thanks to it being waterproof and such high quality. It also comes with a small black satin storage bag (I just keep it in the box) to keep it safe during travel. As for charging, it arrives with a USB charger that can be plugged into a computer or laptop. I had a small problem with the charger that left me confused for a little while. I could not find where to plug the charger into the toy. The only opening in the toy was a TINY dot on the back. I thought surely it would not fit in, but with a little push it did and began to charge.

Overall.

I really like this toy. You can tell right off the bat that it is a high quality and expensive toy. It is amazing for beginners and from what my partner tells me, really does work! I would recommend this 100%. I know the price may seem a little steep but your are paying for the quality. It is a fun workout like no other!

The packaging is lovely and modern looks very smart and sleek. You wouldn't even look at it as being a sex toy!

Feels very comfortable. The flamingo itself is small yet an okay size.

The app itself is easy enough to download. Although I did find there wasn't as much on the app as I'd have liked I think. It would have been good to sync it to other things. Maybe even go as far as porn? For couples that may be quite exciting.

Personally I found it wasn't really big enough. I could feel it but not enough to really get full benefits.

I have to say that I wasn't very impressed with this Kegel exerciser. While the concept intrigued me, I unfortunately will not be keeping this in my good toy drawer.

Pros:

It has a beautiful design, it is rather simple to use, and the app offers a lot of different settings too keep it interesting.

It is very quiet, and if it wasn't for the cons listed below I would have been very happy with this product.

Cons:

When in use, I had to keep my phone within a foot of the device for the Bluetooth to stay connected. And you'd have to press the button on the device to reconnect.

Sadly the super slim design, and the fact that it would never sit high enough, meant that it was constantly falling out. Not an enjoyable prospect while in public.
