In November, we wrote about our new Customer Care office in sunny Brisbane, Australia. The increased staffing levels, along with the time difference, meant we were able to respond to customer queries for longer periods and in quicker, slicker timeframes.
I'm pleased to announce that from this week, we will be further extending our hours to provide 24/7 customer care! That's right - all day every day, there will be an advisor ready to answer your phone calls, live chats and emails.

For the majority of consumers, there is nothing more frustrating than waiting in for a delivery. Local Collect is a new delivery service, anchored by Lovehoney, that means you can arrange to have your parcel delivered to a local post office, where you can pick it up at your convenience. This is an excellent option for those who don't have the time or routine to wait in for a delivery at their home. It also offers extra discretion for those who might have overly nosy neighbours or live with very inquisitive,small people (also known as children)!
