Being someone who likes a healthy dose of pain with her pleasure I was intrigued by the idea of vibrating nipples clamps so these Nipple Buds seemed right up my street. They're extremely easy to use - slot in the batteries and the toy is ready to go. The width of the clamps can be adjusted with a small screw depending on how big your nipples are or how much you want them to pinch. They are also have plastic pads to prevent any potential nasty nips from the metal biting into your flesh. The wires from the battery unit to the clamps are about 3 ft long, so there is lots of scope for being controlled at a distance, or even led around by the wires.

There are four vibration levels controlled by '+' and '-' buttons on the main unit. Making sure my nipples were suitably erect my partner gently clipped them on. Being a brave girl, I opted to have them quite close together so the pinching sensation was strong, but enjoyable. I anticipated great things as the vibrations were switched on but, to be honest, if it wasn't for the buzzing noise of the main unit, I wouldn't have known they were vibrating at all. To say I was disappointed is a bit of an understatement. My nipples are usually quite sensitive but I felt very little, if anything at all.

I did try playing around with these on my labia and, I must admit, even though this isn't what they are really meant for, I got a lot more pleasure using them this way. Though it still wasn't up to the standards of any normal clitoral vibrator.

Overall I don't think this item is the best quality. In short, the vibrations aren't strong enough to translate into any real feeling and the rubbery pads on the clamps come loose far too easily. Any sensation I did get was from the clamps themselves, not the vibrations.

I was VERY excited when I bought these but that excitement turned to disappointment.

The actual nipple clamps do not stay on the nipples very well and I have found that the clamp comes away from the vibrating wire, and more often than not, the screw (controlling the size of the clamp) falls out.

But apart from these flaws I thoroughly enjoy them!
