I've been considering one of these for a while, and finally took the plunge...

Now, this thing screams "I am a clinical device", from the comedically clumsy German box translation (which, I think, was almost as fun as using the device; "assistance without adverse effects also with problems of frigidity, with climacteric (sic) period complaints, for stabilisation of the psyche" was a particular favourite) to the actual device (plain black rubber bulb, clear plastic tubing and device, little yellow valve cover - like a blood pressure cuff, oddly).

Still, it's very simple in use; attach tube to cup, close valve, pump air out until she can't take any more. The clear cup makes this quite a show! Then, you just release the valve, remove the cup, and all the blood slowly seeps back. Until it does, sensitivity shoots through the roof; the box isn't joking when it says "for a healthy vulva"...

It can be quite hard to make the initial seal; you have to make sure it's pressed firmly on before the initial pump, which if you did it right seals it on.

Her impressions? Utterly amazing, but she can't look at a gas mask in the same way ever again.

This is a most exciting product, simple and easy to use. It fitted neatly over my vagina and once located in the right spot a couple of squeezes on the pump made it grip and seal.

At first as I pumped it up it felt tight and a little unpleasant, so do just take the vacuum just to a acceptable level at first.

When I got this I spent a moment being amazed by the crazy German translations and then settled down for some fun. I couldn't manage to get a decent seal with the rubber bit attached to the cup, luckily this just slips off and without it I'm fine, although the plastic does start to dig in after a while.

This works best if you use it for longer slowly pumping the air out rather than going all the way straight off. It really does work well though and leaves the whole area delightfully swollen and sensitive.
