    1. My first anal

Reviewed: 14 July 2016 by The sex mistress, a Bisexual Single Female

My boyfriend wanted to try anal with me after being together for a few months. When I told him no because it would hurt he showed me this bottle he bought from Lovehoney's website.

He said it should help ease the pain, so I told him fine but if it hurts we're stopping.

He lubed up my butt and when he put it in there was almost no pain, but the pleasure was immense. 10/10 for this product. (I made him order more.)

    2. Overall Rating:
      10 out of 10 stars
      Pros
      It makes anal feel painless.
      Cons
Was a little too numbing at first.
      Bottom line
It was excellent for first-time anal.

    1. Comfortable anal entry

Reviewed: 01 July 2016 by thetwobees, a Straight Going Steady Female

My partner and I had been trying anal play for some time, however, I had always tensed up due to the pain. So I suggested we try something to numb my anus first, and thought this product sounded good, so we went straight ahead and ordered it.

When we first used it, we had been playing for ages, and I found myself more relaxed knowing I had something that would ease any discomfort. We applied as directed and continued onto penetration and I was surprised to find there was no pain, slight discomfort, as usually expected, but this eased as we gradually continued.

I was very impressed that the sensation for me was not diminished and I still felt the penetration, enabling me to decide when it was getting too much. My OH stated that he had not felt any diminished sensation himself, and loved that I was not in pain or discomfort! This product has absolutely made anal easier for me! We still don't do it all the time, but when we do it's a much more relaxed and enjoyable experience for me.

The texture of the product is like a quality lube, it lasts a good amount of time without needing to reapply, there is no weird smell or stickiness, and the pump action of the bottle is very easy to use! Overall, a great product and has really helped to ease my anxiety about anal!

    2. Overall Rating:
      10 out of 10 stars
      Pros
Very effective product and quick to work.
      Cons
      Nothing.
      Bottom line
Great for easing anxiety about painful anal!

    1. Comfortably numb

Reviewed: 20 June 2016 by N&Mc, a Straight Engaged Male

Me and my partner decided we would like to experiment with anal play. Unfortunately, using ordinary water-based lubricant my other half found it painful. So we decided to give a desensitising lube a try.

We originally tried one from another store, but found that it did not last very long as a lubricant and that it made us lose all sensitivity all together.

After reading the reviews on LH we decided to try Doc Johnson Rear Entry Desensitising Lube. And boy are we glad we did. It numbed the area suitably, so that penetration was not painful but not much that sex was unsatisfying. The thick consistency of the lube meant that it lasted the full duration of intercourse too.

    2. Overall Rating:
      10 out of 10 stars
      Pros
Worked well as numbing agent and lube.
      Cons
      Nothing.
      Bottom line
Excellent for anal newbies. Fully satisfied.
