    1. A great bargain lube

      The wife and I have tried a lot of lubes. Silicone based, water based, you name it we have tried it, but this TLC is one of the best. It normally lasts longer than I can, if you get my meaning!

      We rarely need to reapply, during which we find kills the mood. The combination of water and silicone is great for vaginal and anal sex. The thickness of the lube gives a bit of cushioning for anal, which we both enjoy.

      If you have tried silicone only lubes then you will know about the clean up. This combination of water and silicone washes off so much better than silicone lubes. You are also unlikely to slip over in the shower after using this lube. The last silicone lube we used left the shower tray like an ice rink and a nasty bruise on my leg!

      This one isn't the easiest to wash off and the other half sometimes complains of being siliconised after I get carried away and cover her in a bit too much. I don't think that this is a major problem though and shouldn't put you off.

      We have moved on to the Sliquid Organics Natural Silk Lubricant (available from Lovehoney), which is more expensive but free from almost all chemicals. It also seems to wash off slightly better than TLC.

      All that said, if you are looking for a great value lube then ignore Durex and buy this now.

      First of all, great Lovehoney fast and discreet packaging.

      The bottle itself is a sleek grey colour with a great pump dispenser; I find this is much better than the usual cap as it doesn't spill everywhere and you only get what you need. A thing I really love about the bottle design is the lock feature, where you twist the pump and it locks in place to prevent any spills.

      The lube is really great, it is thick and silky without any powerful odours, stickiness or gloop and although it's not one for oral as the taste is disgusting, the odour really doesn't get in the way during play whether it's solo or with your partner.

      I really do love this lube, a great cheap alternative and does the job well.

      This lube feels great and is gentle on the skin. Great value as well when comparing prices.

      It keeps things smooth without having to reapply and, unlike some others on the market, doesn't leave you feeling sticky.

      The pump bottle is quick and easy to use and isn't messy like tubes can be. I will certainly be keeping a bottle handy from now on, it keeps you comfortable whatever you are experimenting with!

      I'm very pleased with this product, now I'll have to start trying all the others in this range!
