      This product arrives in a small red package that contains a 45ml tube of Maximum Penis Cream.

      Once the top is pierced (of the tube you understand!) you can push out the balm onto the penis and gently rub the product over the penis length. The balm comes out relatively thickly but once rubbed in smoothes out nicely and becomes transparent. The smell it emits is very pleasant, not too powerful or pungent.

      I can't say that this balm did anything for me in terms of stimulating the penis, nor can I say it made me any bigger than normal, but I can't deny that the feeling of rubbing the shaft with this on it was a most pleasurable experience. And it seemed to stay slippery for the duration without the need to reapply.

      The orgasm it gave was intense and pleasurable, but I am not sure that any other lube or balm without claims of enhancing your manhood would have done differently.

      One criticism I have, which is true of most balms of this nature, is that it does take a bit of scrubbing in the shower to get it off, but with a lot of soap it does come off eventually.
