This item works well for fetish photography; looks good on, and keeps the mouth open!

The item itself feels smooth and simple.

The mechanism can be fiddly at times, and for someone who never used one before, I had to figure it out with no box or instructions. I sound a bit dumb not being able to figure it out, but I got there in the end.

I was very excited to receive this in the post, as was the missus. When it arrived, it was exactly as expected and we found it very easy to use.

It is a very sexy gag to look at, with your partner's mouth all open for whatever you want ;)

However the only two downsides to this product are:

1. The bit that curves behind your teeth is metal, so you won't be biting down on it if you value your pearly whites.

2. Due to the fact that it is metal (again), the heaviness of the mechanism on one side does make it lopsided and you can feel it moving about in your mouth. The Whitehead gag, which I have seen listed here, has the ratchet mechanism on both sides and would therefore be more balanced.

This Jennings gag would be ideal for anyone looking to start exploring a medical fetish, or medical gags. It's quite light, and has a simple design without looking too intimidating! The opening mechanism is really smooth so feels safe when using it for the first few times.

The gag doesn't open particularly wide (not wide enough for oral sex), which might be quite limiting, especially for more experienced gag users! Due to the single ratchet, the gag is a little lopsided, so it can be quite difficult to keep in at first, but not enough to render it unusable.

Overall, this is a great gag for those looking to add a bit of a medical kink to their sex, but probably wouldn't satisfy anyone really experienced with gags.
