You have to be careful with this or you get a big blister on your foreskin and I find keeping to a max of ten minutes in one go is plenty.

I have found that if you like sex in the morning then use this at night before you go to sleep and when you wake up you will find your erection is nice and hard and thicker.

I have been using the shower one for a couple of years with no lasting increase in size but with using this for a couple of months, every day there is a small increase in girth.

If you use Cialis then you will find you get some amazing hard-ons but it is too easy to to use this too much!

Previously I have bought (in the USA) the cheaper one with the black semi see-through tube but this is a far better product and better value.

The cost of this kit might seem expensive but it really isn't.

Other pumps are very plastic and gimmicky, so after time the rubber connections wear and they lose suction. Not with this pump. The actual pump is made from metal with quality, sturdy feeling grips and a pressure gauge, which is very important.

The hose feels thick, it doesn't crimp or kink and the connections are easy. It also comes with a silicone sleeve, which is really good as you don't need to lube the base to get an airtight seal. Just a little lube on your cock and off you go.

I previously had a similar system by a different manufacturer and I'm pleased to say my old 3.25" and 2.75" cylinders connect perfectly.

The pump itself works amazingly well and quicker than any other system I've tried. Personally I like a quick 10 min at around 10 bar pressure before a break, then I like to go for 20mins at a higher pressure before moving on to a large diameter cylinder. This allows me to get a really good girth. I'll do this for about 15 mins before going down to a 2" - 2.25". Then I'll go for around 20-30 bar for as long as I've got!

The sensations are amazing and this system never seems to lose suction. Using my method with the Colt Pump I've regularly reached lengths of 9" and girth of 3-4"!

If only it was permanent! I do think I've had semi-permanent gains of around 0.5-1" in length though.

At first I thought this was an over-priced product but having tried others that do not deliver a decent vacuum and have even broken (pump) at first use, I gave it a go .

Wow, it is certainly a super-strength quality pump and after just one week the results are more than expected!

If you want a serious result then spend the money! Only downside there is no calibration on the vacuum container.
