      Inside the box the Panty Pal comes with two sets of three little batteries each, which is a nice touch so you can play straight away. The plastic heart detaches from the bullet but, after a quick read through the instructions, I soon realised how it all came together.

      The first warning here is that they are not compatible with knickers with embellishments such as buttons or sequins, but a little bit of embroidery should be fine. Equally, it's not compatible with flimsy fabric knickers due to the weight of them being a drag and possibly damaging your underwear. So stick to a standard pair of the plainest knickers you own, just the thing to put you in the mood!

      I pressed the little button on top and the Vibrating Panty Pal Bullet buzzed to life. I wasn't blown away by the strength of vibrations, I'd say they were low to medium strength and stronger in some areas than others (I had to do a bit of rotating and manoeuvring to find its 'best side'). It may be powerful enough for some, but not for me. I gave it a chance for a good five minutes with no hand involvement but it got to a point where I became slightly bored, and a bit agitated

      I eventually removed the plastic red heart and positioned the bullet with my hand instead, even trying to use the silicone ridge running down one side to help get things going whilst trying to muffle the buzzing with layers of bunched up duvet. I could forgive the noise if the vibrations had a kick to them, but this was more of a kick in the teeth by this stage.

      Unless you live alone and are certain that no one else will pop in unexpectedly, this bullet's magnetic function has no practical use as the chunky red heart and buzzing plastic lump at your crotch is in no way discreet!

      If you really are alone for a day then it is quite fun to wear plus the low to medium vibrations mean that your legs won't go to jelly so you can still function normally and get on with day to day activities (restricted to the four walls of your home of course). In this way I imagine it would be effective as a cute, hands-free warm-up to get you in the mood slowly until you see your partner or switch to something with a bit more power behind it.

      Got this through as a free tester and was very excited, especially as it came through early.

      Firstly the packaging seems a bit 'soft porny' but simple.

      I got it straight out of the box and put the batteries in. It comes with two sets of three batteries (it needs three batteries at a time) and they are in small plastic casing. I took the casing off first and put the batteries in but this meant that the push button didn't work so it was on constantly after the second battery was in and touched the metal.

      It did give strong vibrations but it was fairly loud and not 'discreet' or 'quiet' like the box said.

      The small 'groove' on the silicone sleeve was good as it meant it could sit between my lips to be closer to my clit. I then tried it with the battery case on and it solved the issue with the push button but the vibrations were a lot weaker.

      The clip kept it firmly in place on my underwear but it wasn't enough for me to feel pleasure while I was walking around and I wouldn't be using it out and about because of the noise.
