LoveHoney Silencer 2.0 Super Quiet Waterproof Vibrator

This is big improvement on the original silencer.

The LoveHoney Silencer 2.0 has a more pleasant feel. It's not harsh like shiny plastic can be (especially noticeable on bigger vibrators). It's soft and strokeable and the lube (a small amount) stays on, unlike the original Silencer which didn't work well with lube. Many people won't need lube anyway (I'm post-menopause). It's a nice powder pink, although I'd have picked lilac or powder blue, had there been a choice.

The wavy shaft and the rounded head are ace (I don't like using pointy vibrators for penetration). The dial is perfect – not too stiff or loose, and it can be started on low vibration which is very soothing and silent. It's excellent for deep penetration. That wavy shaft finds the G-spot! Great if you like to feel full.

It works well as massager because of the wavy shaft. Try it on feet, calves, shoulders and bum (I don't mean up it – unless that's your thing, of course). It makes nipples erect, and creates horniness.

Deep satisfying vibrations give very good orgasms, especially clitoral ones, beaten only by those given by the Hitachi Wand or a Rabbit. But both of those are loud.

Keep the paper in. It's there to prevent the batteries rattling and extend their life.

I don't know why some people think that toys using C batteries are expensive to run. The reverse is true; they last a long time. I bought ten Duracell Plus C batteries online for £6.99, including p&p, "best before 2016", and they will last me until they expire, I think. I've not opened the packet yet. I took the batteries out of original Silencer and they are almost full power, in spite of many sessions.

This is a good all-round toy. It's ideal if you crave vibrations but need to be discreet. I would have no worries about taking this anywhere, apart from the office (it's too big). I wouldn't use it if I had family in the bedroom next door.

It's waterproof – I've tested it. Taking it in the bath next.

It has all the knee-trembling good points of the original Silencer: Those amazing ridges, super powerful vibes, great size to it.. But it just got even better.

The same size and shape of the original, now in a funky pink colour with a silky smooth soft touch finish, plus also now waterproof. Bonus!

Just like the older version, this runs on 2 C type batteries and is controlled by a twist dial at the base.

Just like the original the vibrations are mega strong at the highest setting.

Just like the original, those vibrations are surprisingly quiet - in fact I find this one much quieter than my old Silencer - the battery rattle is a lot less with this one, even on the highest speed.
