CyberSkin 3 Extra Inches Uncut Thick Penis Extender Sleeve
Our new cover
Reviewed: 28 December 2017 by PirateQueen, a Bisexual Engaged Female
I have never yet had the privilege of being the first reviewer on a toy or item, I think, so this is a special one for me.
Being in a relationship where the cock doesn't come attached, but we are both quite into having one in the play, I am always on the lookout for the next best thing - as we normally use the strapless strap-on plus cover, that is the best thing currently, although I would love to get a toy just to our specifications at some point in the future (fingers crossed, because thus far, I have failed to do so).
The thing about the sleeves is that they need to be soft and as realistic as possible. Speaking of realism - what's with the appalling lack of uncircumcised stuff out there? Presumably, that is so because many toys are produced in States, modelled on American porn stars (directly or in the makers' imagination) or just seemingly representing a penis, but some of us are neither bothered by the foreskin nor do we enjoy the fact that there never is any, which was why we decided on this cover. Sadly, as you can see from the stars, it was a failure, but we'll get to that.
Firstly, we decided on a new cover because the original cover maker that we used to get has changed their sleeves from realistic into something resembling jello moulded into a penis. Whiiich is a bit odd, to say the least, and we decided to try to find something else.
My original thought was to get a completely different beast altogether, the VixSkin sleeves. But as I was advised by Lovehoney not to go for the smaller one due to sizing issues and because the large one seems to have a very pronounced head, proving painful to some women, we kept looking and came across this cover.
My partner's skin is quite fair, but her lady lips are darker, and that said, a lot of men, even very fair-skinned ones, will have a remarkably dark lower region; in the picture, this extender looks lightly caramel-toned, and that could fit. The reality, however, is that you are buying a black man's colour. Beautiful, but chocolate rather than caramel. Not a problem if you want that colour, if you want to roleplay or fantasise or whatever, but if you are doing this with a partner who is Caucasian and want this to be their colour range, then you've hit the first problem.
The texture of the toy is nice to touch. The smell is immensely off-putting. While many toys manage to smell a little bit initially, only two thus far have really put me off, this and the We-Vibe we tried out. I may be more scent oriented than most (in fact, I know I am), but still, by the point my partner was making faces I knew this wasn't here to stay.
Even if it smelled like roses, it would not be likely to. A girl can only take that much, and I manage a good ten inches with our current arrangement. This would be several inches more.
This is also where we hit two snags, and guys, pay attention because this is something that will be more important to you than even to me.
Firstly, the sleeve is very floppy. True - better softer than cutting off the blood flow, but this is too soft and loose. It imagines an unrealistic girth for 99% of men out there, meaning that it will never stay on once you have put it on, even if you try to fix it on with a cock ring. Besides - cock ring shortens your love time or play time to tops half an hour. Many men buy these extenders because they hope to make their play and love time longer, not shorter. But unless you are thicker than five inches, it will fall off.
The top is also something of a problem. It is solid, you see, so you will have to deal not only with quite massive length if you are above average length, but also with the lack of sensitivity. Bad sensitivity is generally bad sex for men, and for women, because a guy who doesn't feel it all himself may be less handy with how he moves, making this a useless, even unpleasant exercise for the lady. And I would assume that a gay couple or a couple indulging in anal sex may find this even worse, even if using a condom... in fact, lack of sensitivity in anal can be downright dangerous, so think carefully.
A rigid top also makes it very unrealistic for the receiving partner (and believe you me, I know), as you are neither feeling your guy nor a faux penis head inside you, just a something, which is just not it, or even worse, a double-head effect that some covers produce.
With us, this is just too many downsides for this sleeve to be a keeper. It's going back and we'll look for something else. But it will have to be outside the usual market, as the rigid tops seem to dominate, or the material is uncomfortable.
- The idea of the uncircumcised cock sleeve.
- Unrealistic proportions, colour not like pictured, everything else.
- Bottom line
- Good idea but needs work.
