    1. Incredibly successful Christmas present

Reviewed: 22 January 2018 by Inkman, a Bisexual Married Male

I bought this as a Christmas present for my partner and it's revitalised our sex life! She finds it difficult to orgasm other than through oral sex, and due to physical disability, this is something I often can't do. This, however, provides similar enough sensation, and she reliably has stratospheric multiple orgasms with it (I think the neighbours may be a little less pleased!).

If we have any complaints about it they're minor: it can be difficult to keep in exactly the right place in order to keep the seal, and the buttons aren't always easy to operate unless you turn it round and out the handle down over the vulva - which makes it hard for a partner to operate, and the fiddling about can again break the seal.

Other than that, this toy is absolutely revolutionary. And if you don't have the anatomy it's designed for, you can still get some very pleasant sensations from it by creating a seal on sensitive places, in which case it feels more like a gentle erotic tapping sensation.

I'd love to see a version of this toy produced with a couple more centimetres length inside, which would make it suited to a wider range of bodies, but it's still very much recommended.

    2. Overall Rating:
      10 out of 10 stars
Closest to sensation of oral sex for someone with a clitoris.
      Buttons are inconvenient.
      Bottom line

    1. Like a Womanizer, but I can use it in the shower

Reviewed: 10 January 2018 by ClitasaurusRex, a Straight Going Steady Female

I'd been curious about the Satisfyer range for a while now. I've had the Womanizer W500 for a year or so, and I've loved and supported that thing like it was my husband.

It practically has a better-designated spot on the bed than my actual partner does. And I've thought about updating my Facebook profile to just a picture of us too instead because it's got me off way more times than my partner.

Moving along, the one thing that always frustrated me about the Womanizer was the fact it couldn't come with me into the shower or bath. That's when I decided to finally try the Satisfyer range, even though I didn't have high hopes that it could outperform the Womanizer, I thought it could still be worth a shot, especially considering they're a fraction of the price of that of a Womanizer.

When I received my package, I opened up the box, and I was quite pleasantly surprised. To start with, the colour scheme is just gorgeous. The head is one of the more deeper ones the Satisfyer brand has to offer, similar to the Womanizer deep set heads, and that's ultimately what attracted me to this model, that and also the fact that it had both + and - vibration buttons.

I don't like toys that cycle through to the highest, then starts again at the lowest vibration setting. When I orgasm I absolutely need to dial back the strength a notch or two immediately, otherwise it's just too strong and I have to remove the toy from my clitoris which then ruins my orgasm. The type of orgasm these suction devices give you, trust me, you really are going to want that feature.

The handle is nice and long and makes for easy stimulation. With the Womanizer, I pretty much just put it in place, close my legs and let it do all the work because I don't like manoeuvring the toy too much as it's not super comfortable to do so, but that's not the case with this Satisfyer, the long handle truly makes it a breeze. Lightly pressing down and lifting has done absolute wonders, and it never fails to get me off. The sensations are only slightly different to the W500, I'd say the Satisfyer has more vibrations at a lower setting, than the Womanizer does.

With the Womanizer, I slowly build myself up to orgasm on a very low setting, and suction is the main attraction, the vibrations take a back seat, but with the Satisfyer I'd say that's completely reversed.

The vibrations are probably what brings me to orgasm, and the suction is a nice added bonus that makes me orgasm with the velocity of a bat out of hell. I was surprised to find myself reaching for my Satisfyer the past few days for my morning orgasm, instead of my trusty Womanizer.

The one thing I really don't like about this version of the Satisfyer is the fact that it doesn't have a built in rechargeable battery. It runs off AAAs which could come in handy if I was ever trapped on a deserted island with just me, my Satisfyer, and a few crates of triple A batteries! That would be my idea of heaven. But in this day and age, it's unlikely I wouldn't have access to a powerpoint. I'll probably invest in a good set of rechargeable triple A batteries because I have a feeling this will be used a lot in the coming months.

A suction toy is an absolute staple item to any good toy box. I highly recommend you purchase one immediately. It'll completely change your life. Partnered or not, it's great for solo time or during intercourse. It'll be the best investment of your life!

    2. Overall Rating:
      10 out of 10 stars
Long handle makes pinpoint stimulation easy. And it's waterproof.
      Triple A batteries.
      Bottom line
An affordable must-have for any toy box.

    1. A very different experience

Reviewed: 10 February 2018 by rockstar, a Straight Married Male

We bought this a week ago when it was part of the Lovehoney 20% off sale (with free next day delivery). As always, Lovehoney came through with the delivery exactly as promised although the Post Office took it upon themselves to ignore the clearly printed 'safe place' on the package and left it with a neighbour instead. Fortunately, as always, the packaging was discreet, so no harm was done.

My wife rarely has an orgasm without direct clitoral stimulation, so we have a number of conventional vibrators and rabbits which we use regularly before and during intercourse.

Occasionally, though, she 'loses the mood' and takes longer than usual to achieve her orgasm. Often, when this happens, her clitoris becomes numb from the intense vibrations. We decided to try the Satisfyer 2 in the hope that, since there is no direct clitoral contact, this problem would not occur.

I charged up a pair of rechargeable AAA batteries overnight and we tried the stimulator out this morning. The packaging was nice enough and there was a multi-lingual booklet explaining the main functions, cleaning et cetera. But fitting the batteries and operating the Satisfyer is fairly obvious if you've ever used a vibrator before. The construction of the toy seems sturdy and the colours are pleasant and subdued.

With the inspection over we applied a little water-based lubricant around her clitoris and she turned the toy on. Unlike most other multi-function toys, it always starts on its lowest setting, so the introduction was gentle.

We were prepared to have to experiment a little with the positioning as, in order to work correctly, a good airtight seal is needed around the clitoris. In fact she sorted it out within a few seconds and lay back to enjoy the very different sensations.

As she gradually turned up the intensity, I could tell from the sounds she was making that the toy was definitely hitting the spot, and when she got about half way up the intensity scale she suddenly had a very intense and surprising orgasm. I could tell, even as a spectator, that this was very different to her usual orgasms. A fact which she confirmed when she got her breath back again.

We were both very impressed as, in the past, it has taken a few tries with some vibrators before my wife has been happy with positioning, intensity et cetera. But this one, which we thought might be a little problematic, worked brilliantly first time.

Cleaning the toy after use was easy as the silicone rubber tip simply pulls out for washing.

I am not sure whether I will be able to hold this toy and use it on my wife as finding the ideal position for use depends on feeling its effect first hand. We will have to experiment. Even if it turns out to be an 'operator only' toy, though, it is still very impressive. We also need to work out a few positions which will allow it to be used during intercourse too.

Some people have mentioned the noise level, but this is not a concern for us as we live alone. Having said that, it did not seem any nosier than other vibrators we own.

The only slight snag was the positioning of the + and - buttons. They are not easy to reach when the toy is in use and, being flush with the surface, are not easy to find in all the excitement this toy generates.

All in all a very useful addition to our collection and definitely worth the money even at full price.

    2. Overall Rating:
      9 out of 10 stars
The appearance, the ease of use and the staggering effects it produces.
The positioning of the speed controls.
      Bottom line
A very different, but very effective toy for those who like clitoral stimulation.
