    How do I manage my subscription?

    When will I be charged for each Play Box?

    When you first subscribe, you will be charged for your first box immediately. From then on we will charge you on a quarterly basis (every 3 months) on the 1st of the following months: February, May, August and November.

    How long does a Play Box subscription last?

    As long as you want to keep enjoying amazing sex! Your subscription will automatically renew every 3 months unless you choose to cancel.

    How can I cancel my subscription?

    You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our Customer Care team, who are available 24/7 on LiveChat, phone or email.

    When will I receive my next Play Box?

    Each Play Box is despatched in the first week of February, May, August and November.

    I haven't received my Play Box

    If you haven't received your Play Box by the 15th of the corresponding month above, please contact us.

    What is your return & refunds policy?

    If you're not completely satisfied with your Play Box, you can return the box and its contents up to 30 days after receiving it for a refund if it's unused.

    Please fill out our returns form if you wish to return your Play Box.

    What do I do if one of the products doesn't work?

    First, please check the relevant section of the user manual that is included with your Play Box. The manual contains detailed instructions on how to use your toys, including charging them and turning the power on and off.

    If it still doesn't work, you can return it for free up to 365 days after receiving your box and we will send you a replacement product (the product may not be identical but it will be of the same value).

    If a product stops working within 365 days of you receiving it, as detailed above, you can return it for free and we will send you a replacement.
