Deliveries to DHL Packstations in Germany
In order to make ordering with Lovehoney as easy and comfortable as possible, you can also choose to have your order to Germany sent to one of 2,650 Packstations throughout the country. You will find more information on Packstations below.
What are Packstations?
Packstations are an automated recipient service in Germany provided by our local delivery partner (DHL). They allow you to pick up your deliveries day or night, without having to wait for a delivery person at home. This is also the most discreet way of receiving your order in Germany.
To use the Packstation service, recipients need to be registered with DHL. They can register here. If the recipient is already registered, you will just need to find a Packstation close by you would like the order to be sent to and enter the address as explained below.
How do I enter a Packstation as the delivery address?
When we ask you for your delivery address just enter the information as follows. You will need the PostNumber (this is the recipient's customer ID with DHL), the number of the Packstation, and the city and postcode.
After having entered the recipient's name as usual, simply enter their PostNumber in the first line of the address. The second line needs to start with the word "Packstation" followed by its number. The fields city and postcode take the city and postcode of the Packstation.

How does the recipient know the order has arrived at the Packstation?
The recipient will be notified by email or SMS with an mTAN number. This, along with their DHL customer card, will be needed to pick up the order.
How long will the parcel be kept in the Packstation?
The recipient has 9 calendar days to pick up the parcel at the selected Packstation. After that it will be sent back to us. The recipient will be notified by email or SMS between 24 and 48 hours before the end of this period.
