    What is Lovehoney Unlimited?

    Lovehoney Unlimited is our new loyalty membership scheme. It replaces Lovehoney Rewards, but the benefits you'll enjoy as a Lovehoney Unlimited member are now even better, and include Free Delivery on everything!

    When will Lovehoney Unlimited launch?

    Lovehoney Unlimited is live as of now, but only for UK customers shopping on lovehoney.co.uk.

    We'll be introducing Unlimited to customers on other Lovehoney websites soon, but in the meantime the Oh! Points loyalty scheme continues on those sites.

    How do I become a Lovehoney Unlimited member?

    If you're a new customer...
    Just spend just £50 on products at Lovehoney and you'll become an Unlimited member.

    If you were in Level 2 or Level 3 of Lovehoney Rewards...
    You're automatically a Lovehoney Unlimited member. We'll have sent you an email telling you about your new benefits.

    If you were in Level 1 of Lovehoney Rewards...
    You are now a Lovehoney Account holder. You'll only need to spend a few more £s with us to get Lovehoney Unlimited membership. We'll have emailed you to explain in more detail.

    What is Free Delivery?

    When you place an order as a Lovehoney Unlimited member, your parcel will be sent free via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 delivery service. 95% of parcels sent using this service are delivered in the next two working days.

    You need to order by a specific time in order for your parcel to be despatched the same day. These times are detailed on our Delivery Help page.

    If you order before the cut-off time on Friday, your parcel should be delivered on Monday.

    If you order before the cut-off times on Saturday or Sunday, your parcel should be delivered on Tuesday.

    What is VIP Customer Care?

    If you're an Unlimited member, log In to your Account to find your VIP Customer Care phone number, that will ensure you get your queries answered even faster than usual.

    What is Lovehoney's 1-year Product guarantee?

    All purchases made by Unlimited members and Account holders are protected in a number of ways so that you can enjoy risk-free shopping:

    A 1-year guarantee on all purchases
    If anything goes wrong with your product, you can return it for free and we'll replace it for up to a year after purchase.

    If I was in Lovehoney Rewards Level 1 - have I lost my benefits?

    Absolutely not. In fact the benefits are better. You get a bigger discount on your anniversary and birthday, and more money off in vouchers. You still earn Points on every order.

    What's happening with my loyalty Points?

    Your existing Points balance remains the same as before Unlimited was introduced.

    New points will still be added to your account when your orders are despatched.

    You will still collect 10 Points for every £1 you spend.

    You can still spend points at the checkout on anything.

    What's the minimum number of Points I can use per transaction?

    The minimum number of Points you can use on a transaction is 500 points. At checkout the default option is to use as many points as possible. You can spend points in chunks of 250.

    There is no upper limit on the number of points you can spend in a transaction.

    What happens if I return an item that is fully/partially paid for with Points?

    You will be refunded the money and the Points that you used to pay for the item.

    Will we still be able to earn Points in other ways? (e.g. Review of the Month)

    Yes, we'll continue to award Points for lots of exciting stuff.

    Can I use my Points alongside discounts/offers/sale items?

    Absolutely. You will still earn 10 points per £1 spent and you will be able to spend your points against sale items.

    How will the changes affect delivery charges? Can I pay for delivery with my Points?

    The changes do not affect delivery charges. You use your Points against your whole order total including delivery.

    How long do Points stay on my account?

    Points stay in your account for 12 months from the last time you earned or spent points. If you don't buy anything or use any points in the 12 month period they will no longer exist on your account.

    Can I use my Points to purchase a gift voucher?

    No - you cannot use Points to buy a gift voucher.

    Do I earn Points when using a gift voucher to pay for an order?

    Yes.

    Do I still earn Points for products which I paid for with Points?

    No. You only earn Points on the amount of your order that you pay for with real money or a gift voucher.
