We offer a number of delivery options which vary in cost depending on how quickly you want your order to arrive. Free delivery is available on orders over £40.

Of course! We ship all orders in boring brown boxes or plain envelopes so that the only person getting excited about your delivery is you.

Courier services require Lovehoney to have a return address on all orders.

If you're out when your package is delivered, your mail person will find a safe place to leave your parcel. If they are not able to leave the parcel in a safe place then you will either receive an email explaining the next steps or you will receive a card through the letterbox. If your parcel is sent to a local delivery office, then that will be held for 10 days before being returned to us. Don't forget to take the delivery notification (collection card if applicable, SMS, email) and some photo ID registered to your delivery address when you collect your order in person.

Klarna is a payment service provider that takes end-to-end responsibility for your payment. Klarna allows you to either defer payment for 30 days, or spread the cost of your payment over 3 instalments.

Please contact Lovehoney Customer Care immediately after placing your order if you wish to change or cancel it.

If your order has been shipped by the time you contact us, you are able to easily return the item to us for free.
