1. How do I cancel an order?

    To cancel or change your order please contact us immediately after placing your order. Our warehouse pack orders very quickly so the quicker you call us the better. If your order has already been processed we will be unable to retrieve it.

    If your order has not been processed, we will cancel your order and refund you using the same method you used to pay for your order.

    If your order has already been dispatched but has not been delivered, please refuse to sign for the parcel when it arrives and it will be returned to us at no cost to you.
