So, I'll just be up-front... My cock is SO inconsistent. On a good day (which are becoming rare), I'm pretty pleased with it. Even proud! However, most of the time it is pretty crap. Short, floppy, easily tired, etc. I recently bought an 8-inch penis extender, which my gf LOVED! However, if I'm not rock hard my cock falls out. And it kinda falls out. Plus, it's a soft material, so really needs me hard inside to work. Is there anything between an extender you put your cock in and a strap-on? A strap-on, which doesn't depend on my performance, would be perfect. But I'd like to be inside it for days when I'm up for the job, so to speak! So, I guess I'm looking for a hollow strap on, or a hard extender?

    Hello and welcome 🙂

I don't have any experience of these personally, but here's the hollow strap-on section to have a browse of while you wait for more knowledgeable people. 🙂

Have you considered using a penis pump to help strengthen your erection; pelvic floor exersizes will help too. There are often reasons for your problem; have you spoken to your GP. Though they usually suggest a pump as I first thing to try. Some may just tell you to go get some of those blue pills. But the most common cause is psychological. Some people blame low hormone levels, but I'm a pre-op trans woman on testosterone blockers and oestrogen; I don't have any problems, aside from no one to have sex with at the moment.

I'm grateful for your reply, Alicia. I've been to my GP. I have a hydro-pump to work on length. But pumps don't seem to effect how long ot stays up for. And the blue pills are so inconsistent that I can't tell if they are doing anything, after months of trying. I'm sure the psychological is an issue. I suspect it didn't start that way, but the uncertainty doesn't hekp these days. However, I can't really afford counselling long-term, though I am looking into it. I'm glad you don't have any problems.

That's right. 👍 There's a Lovehoney guide to different types of strap-ons that you might find useful too:

    https://www.lovehoney.co.uk/sex-toys/dildos/buyers-guide/strap-on-harnesses-guide/

It covers the basics of most of the different types, but it says this specifically about the hollow ones -

    Hollow strap-ons

Suitable for using both flaccid and erect, hollow strap-ons ensure you'll always have a strong, long-lasting erection.

Use them as a penis extension and enjoy new ways of lovemaking, or as an aid to erectile dysfunction, allowing you to continue an intimate physical relationship with your partner.

And the reviews for each of the toys will be quite informative too if you have a browse. Everyone is a bit different, so what may be perfect for one person may not deliver the same results for another, but they should give you a better idea of how they fit, etc. And don't forget the Happiness Promise if you do buy one and it's not the right one for you. 👍

And there are a few members who recommend getting a GP to check your testosterone. 👍 It cropped up recently in this thread:

I've ordered this one: https://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=13505 There were others I might have preferred, but this gives added girth.

That's quite a large one. 🙂 You may want to start your session with something smaller to warm up to something that size And don't forget the lube. 👍🙂

The trouble is that some of the others say they're tight (in the reviews). Ironically, when my cock does work, the one thing it has going for it is that it's not skinny. So I thought they might be uncomfortable. Also, on a good day, at full mast I'm about 6 inches I think. So, some of the others might be too short if I happen to wake up.

Sorry buddy, I didn't mean to sound like I thought you'd bought the wrong thing. You're absolutely right, the inside measurements are going to be just as important as the external ones. A 7 inch circumference is pretty girthy (I think most dildos we've used are around 4 - 5½ inches), but it's certainly not the widest one they sell. 🙂

I hope you both enjoy it when it arrives. 👍🙂
