It's hard to say what is 'best' as a lot is down to personal preference.

    We've tried double-ended strapless strap-ons like this:
but my wife found the shorter end too large to use comfortably. They are great for intimacy though if they work for you as there are obviously no harness straps getting in the way.

For the same reason, I like something like this: https://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=37885 as I'd find it more comfortable to wear pants-style harness than something with buckles and straps. However, it does mean that the... Erm... Intimate areas are covered up, so lots of people might prefer a straps harness that leaves everything open for easy access.

The most versatile option is probably a harness with straps (so the size is adjustable - useful if both partners might want to wear it?) that also has interchangeable O-rings. Then you can swap out dildos for a range of different experiences. Something like this could fit the bill: https://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=30701

Finally, I hear good things about this dildo for harness use: https://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=16828 . The slightly strange-looking angle of it means it stands good and proud when in a harness. 😊

Hope you find something that works well for you!

Dee&Jon - men have a prostate 'round the back' and woman do not which would make quite a lot of difference. Also a lesbian couple wouldn't necessarily be intending to use it 'round the back', not being attracted to men doesn't automatically mean they don't like being penetrated vaginally.
