Just thinking how quickly society has changed and what is/was acceptable and what isn't.

What normal aspect of your sex life would horrify your parents, grandparents or kooky old spinster aunts?!?

My mum likes to play it 'cool'. Leaving me with some uneasy questions so she would'nt be particulary judgemental but I don't think she would be too enthused if I started discussing the beneifits of anal play....

    What about your fam?

I'm not sure if my parents know about my nookie or not. They might, but I dont bring it up and neither do they. Things are better that way.

I think when I have kids (and they're abit older, of course) I think I'd like to tell them:

"Your mother gives a cracking blowjob!" Just to be that embarrassing dad who takes delight in watching them squirm and cringe. Whats the point in having them if you carn't take the piss ey?

lol, I want to tell my kids sexual stuff, but not to embarrass them. I want my kids to be comfortable talking about sex with me and their dad. I dont want the shambles I have for parents as far as sex is concerned. The mere mention of sperm is enough to tick off my dad when I said something before. You wouldnt think this guy had three kids!

I want them to learn to talk openly and freely. I'm talking about embarrassing them when their older! .

My dads at the 'lads' stage so now he's ok making some jokey blokey jokes about his mate needing viagra because he's that boring! He would'nt do a sex talk though.

Dads ey? Bit of sex talk brings turns a grown man into a naughty child!

i dont tend to discuss sex with her - she knows i'm "sexually active" (ack hate that term lol!) and has done since i became so (she took one look at me after i lost my virginity and knew it a mile off!!) ...

she was never shocked by me havinfg sex, though i think the kinkier stuff (little bondage, spanking) and the anal would probably shock her. the volume of my sex toy collection may surprise her too...

I'd completely for got about this.

I remember my little brother found some body choc at my dads, obviously used by him and my stepmum. Have you tried convincing a kid he shouldn't eat chocolate without explaining its been smeared on his mum!

maybe thats why I'm not a fan of food sex!

I can see why it's rather unpleasant for you as it's your mother, but I have to say, us fatties have sex too... and not just bland, plain sex, but hot, sweaty, kinky sex. *wobbles back off her soap box*

I just noticed that somebody might have taken it offensively and it was a poor choice or words, I didn't think Avrielle meant it in that way. We don't want arguments on such a wonderful forum do we.

Of course not, but free speech is also fun ;) No arguements just felt that I didn't like the choice of wording and raised it, in a perfectly non confrontational manner, and felt happy after that. I think maybe it can be left here?

me and my mum can talk about sex, but in a jokey away and not really about mine or hers and my dads for that matter (thank god).

most of the times im telling her about things which shes read/heard/seen on the tv which always ends up in lots of giggles and my dad telling us to shut up and not talk about them sort of things which of course makes us do it even more.

but i could go to my mum about anything, and one day when i have kids id like to have the same relationship as what we have.

    Dxx

me and mum talk openly about sex. she knows im a part of this forum and that i use toys and am sexually active. and i can talk to her about pretty much anything. dad knows as well and i can talk to him but we usually dont, as he still gets a little embarrased. hes not over protective at allm i mean he used to let me wear corsets and stuff when i was 14 ish if i wanted to. i know some of mum and dads sex life, that mum has toys ect.

with my pearents they know but they get a basic outline, ot every gory detail and visa versa

my great aunt (mums aunt) knows i am a member and a tester on here. and my godfather knows a little bit as well

at the end of the day i just think its only sex, its not like im doing anything illegal or unnatural

Talk about sex in our family is quite candid and honest but never personal, we are quite an open family, my pops is gay so that probably has something to do with it, but I don't want to know intimate details about theirs or them to know about mine. We will chat about various things we read or hear about and I think thats a good thing.

I will always be honest with my daughter too, unfortunately she asked me at age 7 what sex was and if it is where the boy puts his thingy in the girls thingy, after I had peeled myself off the ceiling we had the 'birds n' bees' talk but also about LGBT relationships

I was working in a primary school just a couple of months ago. Surprising what they talk about with each other.
