Adnaw, that is ace advice on bra sizes, I had never considered the sliding scale of the back sizes. I wear 32 B but I may give those other sizes a go if I can't find a fit.

    Boob snap!

It makes things cheaper! Only the expensive places make 30C so I can wear a 32B and not have to fork out the money....you don't half notice the difference when you get the right size though - you know the bit between the cups? That's supposed to sit completely flat against your chest which I only ever get in a 30C - when you're small though, it doesn't matter if you make do with, say, a 32B instead for money saving!

I've also been told that a lot of the time for heavier chested gals it's better to go down a back size and up a cup size, as long as it sits flat, since it does something technical with the straps to make them not dig in as much. Works for me, since "officially" I measure a 38DD, but if I wear that the back crawls up, my shoudlers are in ribbons, and it's just no good; in a 36E, I get the same actual cup coverage, front sits dead flat, and I only get welts if wearing it for a loooong time. But that advice is ona weight basis, not size (according to the expert lady who originally told me, there are some chicks with B-cups that are insanely heavy, and some with I-cups that just about float along weightless!).

But yeah, the letter part is just "X-inches bigger than the back", so if you go up a back size and down a cup size, it's pretty much the same boob-space. When I was younger, I used to have trouble because nowhere stocked bigger than a C (unless I wanted to go pay obscene money at some specialist shop), so as i grew, I just got slightly bigger back sizes and kept the C-cup. Eventually got to the stage where the back was too big, so genius though the "scam" may be, it's got its limits. But if you're only going one to either side, you're dandy: the back is meant to fit you on the middle hook, so in theory a bigger back on a tight hook or a smaller back on the loose hook equals out close enough.

I thought I felt my ears burning (and my nipples tingling)...Now this thread has started I have a legitmate reason for boring you all to death with my limitless love for french breasts mwahaha!

Petite, pert, perky breasts look absolutely gorgeous in and out of clothes! Just thinking about beautiful, tiny braless boobs in summery tops and dresses makes me so hot and bothered!

Ballerinas, dancers and gymnasts all require small/no breasts as giant, jiggling bosoms would spoil the line of the body some what. I for one absolutely love their toned, beautiful bodies: stong, sleek and sexy! http://www.indiana.edu/~kines/img/girl_red.jpg

I have ridiciulous boobs, 30E so I can't get away with going braless (too painful and actually not all that attractive IMO).

I think small breasts are every bit as feminine as bigger ones and I know plenty of guys and girls who agree with me! Be petitie and proud!

I'm pretty much completely flat too, but I think these differences that people think of as being imperfections are only a big deal to us. Think about your OH, do they have a bit of a tum, a weird hairy patch, small penis, little boobs, a zit or a pimple or whatever? Would it really make you love them any more if they weren't there? I'm sure the answers no, and if you asked them it would be exactly the same.

You don't love someone in spite of their imperfections, you love them because of them. It makes a person more real :)

When you look at people who've had diseases, botched surgery or accidents, and see how bad things can get, you realise how lucky you are!

I love the look and feel of big boobs, but I wouldn't change what I've got. I can lie on my front, go without a bra and these babies ain't going anywhere in 30 years time!

And someone mentioned babydolls, they looks so much better with small boobs, super sexy! And if you've been out for a meal or something, cover your food baby up nicely so you can hop on and still feel yummy :D

DQ I did the same thing about 10 years ago, it is a great confidence booster. Unfortunatly, recently I was having a problem with one of them and ended up taking it out, still feels kinda weird only having one in now.

Agreed. Sometimes my jaw can drop at a large pair of breasts on a girl but then someone smaller and slim-build can have the same result. It depends on who the breasts belong too as well - I've watched TV programmes with Page 3 girls and as soon as some of them open their mouths those cracking pair of breasts aren't so appealing any more.....

I have the same insecurity with my penis (which I think is very small and thin) and even my testicles (I look as if I've just got one at times!!!!) so I hear where you are coming from. It's really dented my self-esteem and it's basically me beating myself up rather than anyone saying anything too me. Even showering after I go swimming can be a nightmare when I'm surrounded by blokes with large dicks... It's not easy but I'm slowly learning to accept what I've got.

I think that much of the perception of breast size is in relative to proportion. Although it doesn't show in the picture due to donning a bra I have petite breasts, there are many advantages to having small breasts not least economically and practically (remember that scene in mrs doubtfire?)
Aesthetically smaller boobs tend to be perkier and look 'younger' for longer. I used to detest mine and was embarassed by them, I'm usually a size 12 and for the purpose of learning to make clothes have measured most bits of myself, hips are approx 37", waist usually 27" +/-1, and have always had broad shoulders so being a size 32AA until I was 17 was discouraging! However unlike other features please remember breast size and shape is not set, as evidenced by the fact that many women even lose and gain up to a whole cupsize simply over the course of one cycle.
I am currently a 33" bust and a B/small C cup in most shops but I learned to love them while still a 32A because my OH did and it saddened him that I could not see the same and was convinced they were somehow inferior to the standard(!) issue ones. Learning to appreciate your body for itself rather than what you think it should be brings confidence and boosts self esteem in other areas. Do not allow yourself to think negatively every time you look in the mirror or see a large breasted lady because this reinforces and 'confirms' what you already believe. Often it can be a long road from not wanting anyone to see, touch or notice a part of your body to genuinely thinking that it's pretty good.

As a 'french brested' woman you can run upstairs, it isn't important that every bra you own is in the washing heap, you can try almost any sexual position without getting in your own way and be as enthusiatic as you like without any pain or bra requirement, make them appear bigger when you wish to but be able to revert to natural; many fashions are made for women like us. Personally I live in hippie clothes and floaty things (although broad shoulders are not catered for unless in strappy or stretchy things).

Do you have decent collar bones? Or good skin? I like to think we have a quota of particularly 'good' and aesthetically pleasing assets and that these are distributed evenly but differently (idealism right there)

Partners do not tend to love you despite your 'faults' as they are a part of you, and the man has chosen you, in fact by disliking yourself you are inferring that he has bad taste! Most are just happy that a real woman is letting them ogle, suck, kiss, feel and play with their boobs in any way however ample or small they are rather than sitting back and critiqueing; points are not awarded for size, shape, angle, andwhether or not they match.

chemise type things and babydolls etc are a god-send for women like you, AdnaW, Tigerlilies and myself (and highlight erect nipples in a way that will distract any straight male! If you really want sexy bras in a small size other than primark stuff there are plenty on the sites below, also not that la senza make everything in tiny sizes. Hope that youget on well and confidence improves :)

I've always thought - a bloke will be too happy you're just showing them too him to care about whether they are perfect or not ;)

As SG69 said, blokes love boobs no matter what size or shape. What does turn blokes off is girls whining on about how ugly they think their bodies are rather than being happy with their lot, chilling out and enjoying themselves. Sorry if that seems a bit frank, but it's basically true.

    Agreed RubberJin.

Plus if we don't point out our perceived flaws, I reckon that others are much less likely to notice them as flaws.

Agreed with CCW and RJ, from my experience, most men don't even notice the things that bother us so much, they're just so happy that a lady has chosen to get naked with them and their insecurities. Clearly there are exceptions to this rule but generally, if you don't point it out, it won't be noticed, so I've been told anyway.

I have the opposite of this, huge boobs, and I'd gladly swap them for something more manageable, I've never worn a strapless dress or a too low cut top, I suffer back and neck pain most days and my bras cost a fortune, but again, no man has ever complained but similarly I'd like to think it wasn't the only point of attraction for a guy? My man now isn't really a boob man, he loves arses, so I think it just goes to show, embrace what you have, exude confidence, even if sometimes you don't feel it, and accept that the man that's with you, is with you cos it's you he likes, the packaging is just a bonus...

I shan't say too much as it looks like most angles have been covered! But what i will say is before my son i was a 32C, during pregnancy i was a 36E, now, im a not-to-perky 34 big A / small B.

I hated them. My partner loves them. Now, I'm learning to like them a bit more. I used to dream or a boob job, but now, I'm not so fussed if I ever have one or not, and in a few years, but will probably be against the idea. My boyfriend has given me confidence, but only because i allowed him to and relaxed a bit. It bugged me that i had boobs of someone i imagined alot older and that I'm only 20, but then again, I'm not alone in thinking like that, so being relxed is probably the best way.

Try not to fret, at the end of the day, he has chosen to love you. That should say it all!
