So as we are moving to more and more anal play,I’ve bought an anal douche, the small travel one - and the instructions are sketchy at best. So I filled it with lukewarm warm, lubed it up and inserted it- but the water doesn’t seem to come out??? Just air... which was not what I was wanting!! I need the area nice and clean - not full of gassy air🙄🙄 Help??? When I squeeze it over the sink the water comes out tho- does that make sense???

Is the bulb full to the top ? if it's not when you point it up to use it the first thing out is the air from the gap you left by not filling it to the very top.

When you invert into the sink, the air is at the top, so just water comes out.

And don't over do it, you can have too much water that may appear a little later when not desired?

I found the same thing when I used mine, I found bending over so my head went to the ground and my bum up in the air, and the douche up, so the nozzle was facing down and the bulb up in the air

Alicia4Ever is right, the bulb needs to be filled to the top! Also I have 2 douches, I found this one https://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=952 to be basic (I suppose it is in the name haha!) but the nozzle wasn't as well structured and even when the water did come out, it didn't go into me and just went into the toilet (if that makes sense?) However, the https://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=30997 douche I found to be much easier to use and better structured, and also didn't give my wrist as much strain!

Gently squeeze the air out of it before you insert it then water will come out and not air. A little practice and you will sson get the hang of it.
