I have a tilted uterus. My uterus is tilted in a way that it partially covers my g-spot. So whenever my boyfriend stimulates my g-spot with his fingers he is pretty much shaking my uterus with his finger movements.

It's a very unpleasant feeling and I'm left with quite some afterpain in the stomach area. I can have mindblowing orgasms with g-spot stimulation, but I often don't get to that point because we're forced to stop midway.

Anyone out there with some tips to make it more pleasant or even some personal experience with this?

Make sure you're super relaxed but also really turned on, it'll be easier to stimulate if you are, and it'll be quicker so you'll be less likely to experience pain. I don't have personal experience but just listen to your body - maybe try a variety of toys to see if any of them work?

Would a different lying position help, say doggie whilst his or your fingers are there or even head/sholders on floor and bum on couch ? just a thought.
