Most of the ones that I've tried from here have been cooling and tingling. There did used to be a great warming gel called Frenzy, but I believe it has been discontinued. Have you tried the Tracey Cox gel? That's the only one that I can think of right now that might work. x

I have this one and I love it though it cools rather than warms but still works great.

Not a gel but the Rosa Rouge warms and has lovely rumbly vibrations, I use it as external toy and it feels great on the clit, it's pricey but worth it. :)

Hi! I use the Bombshell Balm and quite enjoy it. I have scar tissue from a piercing that my body rejected, this balm increases sensation. It's not a miracle worker but it does increase sensitivity. There used to be an Excite gel that was warming and just wonderful but sadly its been discontinued.

I hope you find something x
