    Hi everyone

Im new to sex toys. me and my boyfriends love life has dwindled. He is on tablets which are affecting his ability to keep an errection so neither of us have been able to finish. So i took it upon myself to spice up our sex lives and to try new things.

I am waiting for a vibrating cock ring to come home. I also ordered us one of the board games for christmas.

He is also going to be working away which means I am desperate to buy a few toys for myself (or become a tester so I can try a few different things)

I just wanted advice or tips on how to bring the spark back or any toys you would recommend for us to use as a couple.

i wouldnt reccomend buying yourself a dildo or anything similar while hes struggling to keep an erection, its kind of like kicking a man while he's down.

will he be on these tablets forever?

just find ways to enjoy intimacy without him needing to keep an erection, you can give him a blow job without him keeping a steady erection or even cumming. and he can go down on you. if hes worrying about the pressure to keep it up and letting you down if he cant it'll make the situationworse, so take the pressure off. the board game is a really good idea, and as it teasing, if one of you is tied down adn the other uses differnt things all over their body ( ticklers, paddles, candles ect)

We lost our spark a long time ago. Not for that reason though.

this forum and site helped us no end and we have it back completely now.

couple things, massages, things that make you closer.

    Thanks for the reply!

Yes i would never think of getting myself a toy unless it would be for both of us - until he goes for his job (could be away 3 months at a time!!)

    Thankfully the tablets arent forever!

Ive tried to get him to tell me his fantasies but he says he has none - he doesnt even watch porn! we have enjoyed teasing and sexy lingerie in the past so ive bought a new outfit and lubes for christmas and planned a sexy treasure hunt but im struggling to keep them until christmas haha

I was hoping the game will introduce him to new things and give me an idea of what he likes the best.

DM. Have been also having probs, but don't get down. Things will improve. Take things slow and hopefully things will soon return. A lot of good things and nice people on here with advice which is always helpful. Good luck.

my OH is the same. i think he genuinely doesnt have any, not that hes too embarresed to say. its just how he is. massage stuff is great and so will the game be, make sure you have extras youll need for the game though, some have everything you need others require a full toybox

Definitely cock rings will help things along and I have to disagree with the comment to not buying a dildo etc to use, your husband can use it with you as well as watch you and this may in itself help the situation. All you can do is try

I've got my fingers crossed for you :) enjoy the cock ring!

I don't know how helpful this suggestion will be, because it really depends on the nature of the medication he's taking, but would orgasm gels and sensation lubes help? I use the 50 Shades of Grey orgasm gel and it's fabulous - it makes everything feel more sensitive, on women at least, and helps me orgasm quicker. Maybe some of the male forum members could weigh in on whether it works for them too, or suggestions for other gels?

If he is struggling to maintain an erection for reasons associated with blood flow, I'm not sure if it'll help. But if it's because sensations feel dampened, it could bring a bit of sensitivity back. I'm not sure.
