Porn and cam stuff is worlds apart. I've done stuff on cam but only with my husband's encouragement and he's been in the room with me while I've been doing it. I would never do it while he was out or in bed asleep or without his knowledge and I'd expect the same from him. If I found him going cam to cam behind my back I'd be furious!

The fact that you now say that you're not going to tell her in order to keep your nuts shows that really you know that it's wrong and there's a chance she won't be ok with it.

Porn is pre-recorded, and noone in a porn flick responds to what are you doing, or, for that matter, noone wants to make you, Mr./Ms. Unknown, come. It would have been made even if you had never ever existed.

When it comes to the cam to cam thingy, you can see a person who wants to make you (specifically YOU) aroused, who keeps on responding to what you are doing to yourself, or to the stuff you are talking about.

It's a very different matter and I would definitely call it cheating.

If you are doing something sexually or emotionally charged WITHOUT the consent of your partner, you are cheating.

It doesn't matter about relationship dynamic, relationship, status, preference; this is what it boils down to.

Permission does not have to be explicit. If the conversation's taken place at some point, and the general conclusion was yes, you're good.

If you're having to actively hide something, and are seeking validation, it is cheating, and you are doing wrong.

It doesn't matter the situation, that's the black and white of it.

In my opinion would u enjoy it if u walked in on ur OH getting off to someone else, I doubt it so therefore if you do the same then I'm guessing they wouldn't be happy..

Cheating doesn't necessarily mean sticking ur bits in someone else, many varies ways to cheat, so I'd Suss it out with ur OH and set ur boundaries!

Enjoy, whatever ye get up to x

100% cheating! and my OH feels the same, he would flip out at even the thought of sharing either of us, which is good for me cause I'm with @youngandfun95 with doing an old Mrs Bobbit if I caught him at it!

I think unless you have set clear boundaries within the relationship then you cannot be sure. Although most of the replies have been similar, your partner may feel totally different. You need to speak to her about it though, and make sure that you are happy to accept it if she wants you to stop.

if I was in a 100% commited relationship, I'd be gutted and hurt. Porn and camming are miles apart. I'd serve your plums for breakfast!

Bahahahaha! I would not be surprised if men started passing around a memo to don metal codpieces before venturing into this thread. Cocks and balls have never been so endangered.

I would be completely gutted if my husband did this as would he be if I did it. If you are in a completely loving and committed relationship why would need sexual interaction with someone else? Especially if they don't know anything about it which screams cheating to me, sorry. You should definitely chat to her and get her views, her opinions should come before anyone else's and should be respected, the longer you hide it the worse it will be if she does find out.

As a bunch of other folks have said, it's definitely cheating if your other half doesn't know about it.

Sorry, but to me it would feel like cheating. If you're in a committed relationship, engaging with someone purely for sexual purposes, then this has crossed a line, but that's just my opinion. However, if you are in an open relationship and both of you are totally aware of what's happening, then that is a different matter...

Yep, this. Wouldn't dream of doing it and I'd be horrified if my OH did it.

Personally, I'd consider it cheating, whether my OH knew or not. Knowledge doesn't necessarily denote approval.
I'd much rather watch a recording of my OH getting off, rather than a stranger via a webcam, if push came to shove.

Personally it's cheating' if you could let your oh go on and get of you must not
Love her as she should be.
Thinking about if your relationship it's not strong it could tempt to stray ect.
Why do you need to get off? You have a oh says a lot.

Porn is different, more about the act than the person and doesn't involve any interaction, you're doing something with someone else, a pother woman is seeing you orgasm, enjoying your penis, imagining sexual things about you. I'd be heart broken if you my OH did this. You clearly know she won't be happy so why do it, if I knew my OH would be unhappy about anything I wouldn't do it, isn't that what relationships are about?

Also, if someone's OH doesn't like them watching porn so they do it secretly that could also be considered cheating. It's just about considering your OH and not doing anything for yourself that will hurt them

If you were my other half I would have your balls in a vice.

    Not acceptable in my eyes.

Some relationships are more flexible or dare I say open to thigns like this yes, but two very important factors here are:

    1. Does your other half even know of what you get up to?

    2. Have you ever spoken to your o/h about it? If so what did thay say and how did they react?

    3. If you are hiding this information from your o/h what is the reason? Are you enjoying holding onto a secret? If so shouldn't that sort of behaviour be slightly concerning?

To conclude, what Stephanie from Lovehoney said makes perfect sense ,as you must always have honesty in a relationship and talk about these sort of thigns, because if you don't its the equivalent of suddenly introducing a third party to a relationship without first talking it over and getting a mutual agreement with your partner.

All I can say is be careful because it is fun and nice, but it rdepends on your intent, if its to hide something from your o/h for the sake of it well......let's just hope it isn't that reason

The essence of this is that you've done something Before you've asked your partner about how they feel. I don't think that partners have to approve of everything that each other do (or else you'd essentially be the same people) but they have to know what those things are if they are in any way likely to effect the relationship.

You've done something and are now seeking approval instead of seeking approval before you choose to do something. That is the difference.

(Also, what's with all the 'I'd cut his balls off' chat? I understand it's meant in the same vein as 'I'd murder him' and that everyone recognises that but it is still a threat of sexual violence, which should be considered for the seriousness of its content before being used.)
