    yoga and adult gymnastics - not just flexibility but fitness plus impressive new tricks ;) also would help with weight loss, classes arent that badly priced usually

    You might want to consider physio or sports massage as well. It's possible that a little bit of release work might help you....

    Yoga and Pilates would both help with flexibility, i'd recommened tara styles and cassey ho on youtube. Also just stretching in general
