Does anybody know of a good supportive baby doll as I love to wear them but find my boobs tend to fall out as they are size 40E so the baby dolls don't cover very well.

Perhaps these? I've found that with the iCollection brand, that they have a better sizing systems that focuses on your dress size but also on your bust. Also, the second one is underwired to boost the bust, so maybe that could be something for you to consider when looking for a babydoll/chemise? Good luck :) x

Try to find ones that have underwire, and a slight bight of padding (rather than just lace etc), Also i find that halternecks increase my cleavage but hurt my neck so try to find ones that have normal straps instead of a halterneck (will be more comfortable). I have a similar problem as Im a size 12 dress but Im a 36D which dont tend to fit into size 12 babydolls. The 2nd one Zoe has picked out looks good for support and comfort and icollection have a sizing guide which will help. x
