Every time I keep trying to access the .com website it automatically transfers me to .co.uk
Is there any way I can actually shop at .com?

I think if you go to the lovehoney.com homepage it'll automatically redirect you based on your ip address, but if you skip the homepage you can have a browse. Try going to

    https://www.lovehoney.com/special-offers/

Be careful of accidentally clicking back to the homepage as it'll bounce you back to the UK site each time.

Sorry for the double post but I thought of another way. If you open an incognito tab in your browser and visit the US site in that then this seems to avoid the redirect completely.

    Hi there!

    Custy care tech boffin here.

It's all down to your IP address - the site directs you to where your IP is to prevent say, someone in Australia accidentally ordering on the US website for example.

If you do want to shop on a different site though you are of course more than welcome to! All you'll need to do is use the following

    https://www.lovehoney.com/?lh=1 - US

    https://www.lovehoney.co.uk/?lh=1 - UK

    https://www.lovehoney.com.au/?lh=1 - OZ

    etc etc.

Essentially you just need to put the little /?lh=1 after the site name and that will override the geo-locater.

    Hope this helps!
