    That’s great to hear. Love honey is by far the best company I’ve ever dealt with for customer service and the forum helps a lot too. It’s great to see a company go from strength to strength whilst still maininting great communication.

    I had an issue with something I got free with my last order and the customer service when I messaged them today was excellent. A lot of places could take a leaf from the no fuss approach here! I had pictures of the issue ready to send and everything! I wasn't even fussy about a replacement as it was free but it's already in the post :)
