They found that the group who had sex a few times a week had the highest levels of an antibody known as immunoglobulin A in their saliva. This antibody helps to fight off infections and the common cold, so a steady amount of sex could keep you fighting fit for your exams!
Not only is sex good for your body, it's good for the mind, too! Experiencing a moderate amount of stress is a normal part of preparing for exams, but stressing too much isn't conducive to studying at all.
