    A brief history of kegels

    Let's travel back in time to 1952 when the gynaecologist Arnold Kegel discovered that pelvic floor muscle exercises helped women experience easier, more intense and more frequent orgasms.

    Fast-forward to 2018.

    If you're sexually active you've probably already heard of kegels, and maybe even tried them out a few times. It's not exactly a secret that a well-timed squeeze during sex can send a guy over the edge!

    If you're not sure, try squeezing to stop your flow while you're peeing – these are the muscles we're talking about.


    What are the benefits of kegel exercises?
