  I've been with my girlfriend for 4 years on November the 14th and every year I try and plan the best day I possibly could. Every year I cook or take her out for a meal and make it the best.   My husband didn't get me card. He drove us all the way to York only to take me to my favourite restaurant that he didn't book so we couldn't get in. We I have had our son (due 3/2/15), I look forward to a new wardrobe as we discovered love honey together, which obviously played a part in me now expecting.

  Our anniversary is 21st July, are day is so special to us as we choose this day for my parents as they where suppose to get married on this day in 1979, but had to bring there wedding forward as my dad's mum was very ill. So I feel blessed to have the day my parents originally had set. My husband also makes me feel so special and makes sure every year is more special than the last.

  We celebrate our "I Love You" anniversary rather than the date we met. It makes it more special and means more to us. It's the 5th October. I remember the moment like it was yesterday, just before work I met him and sat in the passenger seat of his works van. We shared some cute kisses and then he told me for the first time. the moment had been building for a while but both too scared to show our feelings. Eeek :)

  Our anniversary is on the 17th February, my partner and I met online as young kids, we were friends for years, and when we passed the age of 15 started falling in love, we were 300 odd miles away from each other, but we convinced our parents to meet up, on the 17th February 2010, I ran up to him and gave him a huge hug, we walked and talked for hours whilst our parents went for coffee, sat on a bench and sneaked a kiss and have been inseparable ever since I moved in 2 years ago, on our anniversary we go to the same restaurant, exchange cards and a little present, and the conversation still flows perfectly, no doubt he's my soulmate, then when we go home we go straight to bed and do whatever we want, from cuddles to sexy games, it's always fun :)

  We try to celebrate our anniversary in style. A naughty weekend away, normally after a good shop around on the LH site. Romantic hotel where he proposed, a lavish meal and naughty business follows. I think date nights are a good idea too. once or twice a month, no children around and just take us back to the days we first got together Xx

  My anniversary is on July 28th. On our anniversary we usually book a night away together in a spa and have a lovely meal followed by some drinks. I love my partner so much. I think everyday is important to remind your partner how much you love them though. May be soppy but why wouldn't you remind someone how much you appreciate them. I think your anniversary is a little more special as it marks a date you both created together :-)
