24 Hour Customer Care Now Available at Lovehoney!
We're now offering 24 hour Customer Care Monday to Friday to customers around the globe, so no matter when you want to talk to us, we're just on the end of a call, live chat or email.
That's not all - our Customer Care advisors are also available on Saturdays from 8am to 4pm and midnight to 2.30am, as well as from 9pm to midnight on Sundays.
Opening 24 hours a day during the week enables us to respond to queries, questions and shoppers even quicker, saving you time and minimising call queues. Now, getting through to a human being is even easier.
Get in touch at any time of day or night during weekdays to recieve the same outstanding Customer Care you'd expect when shopping with us.
So why the sudden change? With the recent launch of our Australian website it was clear that having a Customer Care department based in the UK limited the assistance we could offer our customers 'across the pond'. To tackle the problem we decided to open a Customer Care department in Oz, making our service round-the-globe as well as round-the-clock!
In addition, we regularly receive feedback from our customers saying they find it hard to get in touch with us at a time which suits them. With many of you working during the day, calling in the afternoon when the kids are home can be a bit of a nightmare, so we decided the best way to get round this would be to offer a 24 hour phone line and give you the freedom to call us whenever you like (ie: when the little ones are in bed!)
Matt from Customer Care, who now manages a team which literally spans around the world, was greatly involved in the changes, talking closely with co-director Richard about the new service and the benefits of offering longer opening hours.
