Fitness is important for a good sex life. When I first became sexually active I was playing sport regularly and had plenty of sexual stamina.
Once I stopped playing sport I found sex increasingly tiring and difficult on my stomach muscles, especially being on top in a missionary position.
Since I've started regularly exercising again (10 minutes a couple of times a week) it's had a dramatic impact on my sexual stamina.
Of course, if you're not in a relationship then being a bit fitter and slimmer will make you a bit more likely to have a sex life to worry about!
